Amazing place to stay!!! Perfectly situated close to everything we wanted to do. The house is cozy, comfortable and has literally everything you could. Pictures do not do this place justice, it’s much nicer in person. We had a wonderful weekend exploring and making memories. Host was extremely responsive. Will for sure be coming back and highly recommend.

The house was a perfect fit for our family of 4 and 1 small dog. We enjoyed walking downtown to the restaurants and seeing the sunset.

An old house in the perfect location for walking up town and to the the beaches. It definitely a work in progress and will be beautiful when completed. Multiple out door seating options. It is clean and comfortable. Shing hospitality, above and beyond.

The host let us know we could check in early. Arrival was smooth. The backyard parking for two cars was a bonus. You will probably never find a better stocked and supplied VRBO kitchen in your life. Great decor. Comfy beds. Low effort walk to the harbor, bars, and shops. All the bedrooms are upstairs and the one bathroom is downstairs—plan accordingly. Easy, no fuss checkout. It was a wonderful stay. I hope to stay there again soon.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this well-stocked house in the heart of Boyne City! The location is unbeatable for exploring the region - we easily took day trips to Boyne Mountain, the Sky Bridge, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Mackinac Island, all while being just steps from Lake Charlevoix.Having only one bathroom downstairs for a group of six was a bit tight at times, but everything else about the home made up for it. The hosts were fantastic - communication was super prompt, and they were extremely accommodating with our check-in and check-out times. You can really tell they care about their guests: the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with breakfast items, a great coffee station, and fresh juice and water in the fridge. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to the area!

We stayed three nights in this Boyne City home on our girl trip from Chicago to the lakes around Michigan. This property was ideal for the three of us. We enjoyed having our own bedrooms. The host provided lots of thoughtful extras like coffee, snacks, spices, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and detergent. There was also plenty of comfortable seating in both the living and dining rooms, and the parking was off the street and convenient. If you have mobility issues, please be aware that the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. Overall, this is a great place to stay and I would recommend it highly.

This charming home is conveniently located within walking distance of Boyne city. The property features, thoughtful touches, including helpful notes, and complementary breakfast items upon arrival. The host demonstrated exceptional responsiveness. The only drawback is the limited number of bathrooms, which are currently undergoing remodeling and will be replaced soon. The pet friendly policy was warmly welcomed and the AC provided a welcome respite during the sweltering summer days this past week.
