This was the perfect vacation rental for our New Orleans vacation! It was extremely clean, included supplies to cook, and had comfortable beds. The downstairs loft area is perfect little suite. The hosts are extremely kind, dropped off fresh flowers during our stay, and communicative. We are already planning our trip to come back!

My New NOLA Getaway

I enjoyed the simple check-in and check-out processes as well as the response times from the hosts. The overall design and build of the dwelling was tasteful to my family and I. We would stay here again on our next visit.

Perfect New Orleans Getaway

The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable. The host was so welcoming and thoughtful. Location was superb, within close walking distance of Bourbon Street but quiet after returning for the evening. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Nice spot to stay, close to the action, street cars and Ruby Slipper a block away. the place is nicely appointed and communication with the owners was excellent. Recommend!

Great Short Weekend Getaway

Our stay was wonderful! Our host Irelis was so friendly and gave us great tips on where to go and what to see. Her breakfast recommendation was incredible. The location is perfect, far enough from the French Quarter tourism to be peaceful and a short walk to join the festivities. Three adults - we had plenty of room and enjoyed sunning on the deck as well.

Excellent trip and wonderful rental. Walkable to restaurants ( ruby slipper is excellent) and hosts very friendly. Felt safer there than at any of hotels that I might have stayed at.

Our host was very welcoming, and contacted us before and during our stay to insure that we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and well furnished and the location is amazing if you want to experience New Orleans and the French Quarter without being too "touristic". There are a number of places to eat and have drinks within a short walk, including Port of Call -- home of the most amazing hamburgers in the world (as well as some pretty potent beverages). The French Quarter is 5 minutes away as is the Riverfront streetcar, which will take you to Canal Street and the Aquarium (or just to the other side of the Quarter if you are not up to walking it). I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Can’t ask for a better location

Beyond being a lovely property and a fantastic reuse of a building, the location was central to all the districts we were interested in visiting. We walked almost everywhere! The neighborhood is classic, quiet and welcoming as well!

Great for a Girls trip!!

This location comfortably hosted 5 women for a long weekend. We had such a great time staying here, it’s close walking distance to everywhere or a quick Uber drive away! The condo was clean, quiet, had everything we needed with thorough instructions! Extra blankets and pillows, everything was well designed and thought out.

Perfect Place

This was an absolute perfect place to stay for Mardi Gras. Everything was within walking distance and yet nestled far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The unit was beautiful inside and out. Having a balcony and on site parking was a huge bonus as well. David and Irelis are wonderful hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and also kept in touch with us while we were there to make sure our stay was the best it could be. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay in NOLA

What a perfect spot for our stay in NOLA. The condo couldn’t have been in a better location. Walkable to all of the best Frenchman Street and French Quarter spots. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. And the layout was great for two couples. The bedrooms were very private and it had all the amenities needed for a long weekend. And the free Kureg coffee and snacks were a nice bonus. We will definitely be back soon.

We’ve been to NOLA many times and each time we stay in a different neighborhood to immerse in the uniqueness and diversity of this beautiful place. This time we wanted to explore the Marigny triangle and Frenchman Street. This home was the perfect launching point! We loved the accessibility to nightlife, just 4 blocks away, the Quarter, and to all this bright neighborhood had to offer. Would book again without hesitation.

Great Location

Thank you again for hosting us. The property is just as described. Conveniently, located to the French Quarter. The property was clean and well maintained. We loved the quiet neighborhood that was not far from everything we love about the French Quarter. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating. Highly Recommended

The house was exactly what the pictures show, beautiful home, clean, comfortable, and location was the best! Not too close to the loud noise but not too far to walk. Everything was within walking distance. Bourbon St, Fresh Market, and the French Quarter were all in walking distance. We will be visiting again and will definitely be staying here! Hostess communication was great. David was there if we ever needed anything or had a question on food or places to visit!

Perfect Spot

I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay at this vrbo. The space was excellent for us with a separate space for each of us and a great balcony to enjoy morning coffee on. Irelis and David were very responsive and worked with us on our check-in times and even brought some extra sugar down. The location of this vrbo is amazing being close to restaurants and walking distance to Frenchman Street and everything in the French Quarter, but also provided the quiet residential space away from all the noise. I would highly recommend this property for anyone coming to New Orleans.
