Great place to stay! There are a lot of stairs, though. It wasn’t an issue for us, but if you have any sort of issue with stairs this may not be the place for you. It is incredibly well-equipped and We would absolutely stay here again.

We were more than satisfied with the accommodation. Is a beautiful home, nicely decorated, fully stocked. The gated parking was a huge plus. It was a short and inexpensive Uber ride to everywhere. Ricky was very responsive with one question we had. Highly recommend

This is a clean, modern, and well-equipped property in New Orleans. We arrived early and the host was kind to allow us check-in earlier. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood as well (contrary to what I assumed as houses were pretty close to each other). Though you may hear the sound of the train at night, it wasn't disturbing. We REALLY enjoyed our stay. I recommend this property!!

The place is terrific, very clean, quiet neighborhood (though some passing trains during the night) and host was very responsive and accommodating. One of the best stays I’ve had in a VRBO!

I chose this property very carefully as an investment. Growing up around the New Orleans area I feel like I have a good idea of what kind of property & neighborhood I would want to stay in if I were traveling to New Orleans. I would want to be within 1 mile of the French Quarter , but not in it ( too loud) . I would want to be in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, bars, and coffee houses within walking distance. I would want secure off street gated parking with a reserved parking space. I would want a newly built property with a unique flare . This property has all of these and more !
