Well-appointed interior with efficiency-style kitchen/living room/breakfast nook and modern appliances - this is is the perfect home base for a full weekend of New Orleans adventures. I would give extra stars for the price. Nice location near French Quarter. Close enough to walk, yet far enough to be nice and quiet. Plenty of room for our family of four! Great communication with host and check in/out was super efficient. No issues with street parking which was a real money saver.Overall great rental experience!

Very convenient location, right across the street from the French quarter, 15 minute walk to the river walk & French market, 12 minute walk to Frenchman Street. I was hesitant to be in a neighborhood, as opposed to in a hotel, but the gate set up makes this so safe and private feeling. The unit was well appointed, beds were comfy. The bathroom was small, but very nice.

We enjoyed the property very much. Had a small issue with getting into the unit, but the host was very responsive and got back to us within minutes. No further issues and unit was clean and comfortable.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Parking and security were first class. The apartment’s location is just adjacent to the French Quarter and provides a superb New Orleans experience without a touristy feel.I plan on returning for a more extended stay.

I would stay here EVERY time I come to Nola. It's such a great price point and the location is so convenient. It's exactly what you want when you're going to be out and about in the city and need a quite, comfy respite to return to for the night.

The unit was as described; clean, quiet, and was perfect for our family stay. There is parking along the street in front of the unit. Within walking distance to the French Quarter and a trolley just a block away (if that). The communication with the gost was excellent!

I was over the top happy with the location,it was within walking distance to the French quarter. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Quick response to any questions I asked in a friendly and timely manner. Would definitely book again for my next visit. Thanks so much for meeting all my expectations.

Everything was very nice, we were lucky and got a place to park in front. It was a short walk to Burden st and 15 to 20 to the French market and the square. We took a tour we were picked up at the house and dropped off at the French market very good time. I recommend this place for a place to stay!

This unit was perfect for 4 friends doing a girls trip. It was clean and we had plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring and enjoyed the kitchen and porch area for morning coffee. It’s walking distance to the French quarter and Armstrong Park, and Ubers/Lyfts are very easy to catch if you’re looking to go further. Would recommend!

Nice little apartment.

We did a week trip to NOLA and stayed in this apartment. It was clean and safe. Located close to the French Quarters. It not a huge house but it was more than enough for what we were needing it for!! I definitely would recommend this apartment.

Beautiful property.The listing matched the pictures perfectly.Nice and spacious!Decent neighborhood close to everything and property access was definitely secure behind 2 gates as advertised.Parking on street was ample.Would definitely stay again!Keep in mind that the property lister puts a hold on your card up front in case of damages incurred during your stay. It was returned within 2 days of checkout though so no big

Our stay was great! The space was cute, clean, and exactly as described. It was the perfect size for two couples on a short weekend getaway. The location was excellent and made it easy to get to all the places on our itinerary. We’d definitely book here again!

Excellent for a casual stay near the French Quarter. Walking distance to the French Quarter, a Ghost Tour company, a Swamp Tour pick up spot, and street car pick ups (and more!). Air conditioning was amazing in the heat of the summer. Felt safe as there were 2 gates and 2 lockable doors between the house and the street. Host was quick to respond to messages! Had no problems finding street parking directly in front of the unit.
