This property was perfect for what I needed. The location made it easy to move around the city easily. The host was incredible. They checked in quite often with us making sure that we had everything we needed. I really appreciated their attentiveness.

clean and convenient location

very clean. Location was close to all the places we wanted to see. Hosts were outstanding with check in and keeping us informed about everything. Location was so convenient to Garden of the Gods and other local sites.

Very beautiful very comfortable very reasonable only complain I have is the barbecue grill doesn't get very hot it took 2 hours to cook some brats but that's very minimal five Star All The Way

Thought of everything!

Wonderful property, the check in was so easy and welcoming. It set the tone for a relaxing weekend. The hosts really thought of everything. -kitchen well stocked -beds very comfortable -shower felt great after long day of fly fishing -neighbors were friendly -has washer and dryer -outdoor patio was nice -owner very helpful 10/10!

Baby’s birth

Cute smaller home. Plus side was washer dryer, good size refrigerator, AC, internet, easy tv, good bedding, floor fans, keyless entry, nice shaded front porch Opportunities to improve include loose or broken handles on kitchen cupboards, broken bathroom faucet handle, AC temperamental and shuts off at random, living room needs more chairs to accommodate 6 people as advertised.

DECEPTIVE LISTING: My main concern was the sleeper sofa. It's broken, with a handwritten note in the front window instructing guests not to use it. Based on prior reviews, it's been broken for at least a year. Since this property is listed as 3 beds, this is false advertising. I leased this home specifically because it was listed with 3 beds, and one of my children had to sleep on the floor as a result. The listing should be updated to reflect the actual sleeping capacity. Also, the bathroom sink handle is still broken, which was also flagged in a previous review. One of the lights on the light stand has exposed wires. Communication with the managing company (AI chatbot assisted) was good. The home was mostly clean, aside from a few stains on the sheets and an unvacuumed area of carpet in one bedroom. I had to replace the thermostat batteries and was reimbursed. Climate control was good in both bedrooms, and the full kitchen was convenient. Street parking on a busy street isn't ideal, but the location is great for local attractions.Worth knowing: the basement unit is leased separately. I learned this after the downstairs tenant burnt something in their oven and smoked us out upstairs.These unresolved issues, especially the long-standing broken sofa bed affecting the advertised bed count, should be fixed before other guests book expecting a true 3-bed sleep setup.

This is an excellent choice for a stay in the Colorado Springs area. Within 20 minutes of ll the places to go when visiting. The house is cosy with everything you might need for an extended stay. It's in a quiet community within minutes of dinning and shopping. We highly recommend a stay here if traveling to the area.
