This single-family home is only steps to the beach. Location, location, location as they say!! Walk to everything means everything..... the boardwalk, the beach, Rehoboth Ave, the restaurants, shops, ice cream and Funland. 7bdrm/6bath and birds eye views of the beach. Off season rentals available. Off season availability needs to be confirmed. Rented by Local Realtor.

Please Note: There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Linens are not provided at this property but the option to add a linen package will be provided within your lease.

In addition, a recent change to VRBO policy eliminates our ability to charge the local municipality accommodations tax (currently 7%) that is required. This amount will be noted in your lease and is required in order to confirm your reservation. This tax is payable to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.

After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.

Beautiful home

It was a great visit with family. House was beautiful. Some of the beds were broken. I had no communication with the agent about how to access the house but figured it out when we arrived. We found a lot of garbage, toys, balloon pieces, bottle tops and such under the furniture which was a bit gross.

Family Stay

We had a great visit over MDW, the location was wonderful, and the house was incredibly clean and easy to check in. In fact, I think the house was even bigger than the pictures led on. Thank you to the management staff that answered every question so promptly and were easy to work with. 10/10 would stay again!

Great Space for Groups

We were a group of six couples + 6 kids, most of who were under the age of 3. The home was very comfortable for our group. The main floor was perfect for a big family or a large group. There were a lot of stairs which was a concern for the kids, but there were plenty of baby gates that we could use. And the location can't be beat!

Location Location Location

You can't beat the Location. It's amazing. Nice big house. Nice kitchen. Good bathrooms. Beds could be a little more comfortable as the comforters and pillows were a little worn. All in all it was great
