Dear Lynn, Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry that aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. During your stay, we mentioned several times that our nearby property manager was available to assist with any issues or additional needs, and we would have been happy to help had we been made aware of these concerns at the time. Our rental agreement allows for a maximum of eight guests; however, we understand that there may have been more than ten guests during your stay. In preparation for your visit, we provided nine rolls of toilet paper for the four-day reservation, which we believed would be sufficient. Similarly, the home is stocked with eight coffee mugs to accommodate the maximum occupancy. We also supplied two full propane tanks for the BBQ, which should typically be more than enough for a stay of this length unless the grill was inadvertently left running. I apologize as well that the ice supply did not meet your needs. Thank you for bringing the spiders and the food left in the freezer to our attention. These were not issues previously reported to us, and we are addressing them immediately to ensure they do not affect future guests.
