Wow...what a wonderful experience we had! Everything was great, clean, comfortable, close to beach, quiet end of the boardwalk.Was able to meet and speak with the host, wonderful person.Will definitely be returning to this location.

The property has everything you need for a Seaside getaway. Very accessible to the beach and nearby restaurants. The host was also very easy to contact with any questions. I would return.

Nice Weekend Stay!

Check-in was easy! Great location near the boardwalk and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and stores. I would stay here again with my family.

Perfect Location

This was my first experience doing a stay like this and it was a perfect one. Easy check in. Great communication. We personally met the host and he was great. This was the perfect property for my family and I'm looking forward to staying here again. Oh and you couldn't ask for a better location! Loved my week here.

Girls trip

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was small but had everything we needed. The location is EVERYTHING. Close to shore store, breakfast, coffee, etc. you can literally see the ferris wheel sitting at the kitchen table. Kishore was very nice and friendly.

GOOD for price, location

More than adequate apartment. Comfortable beds, working AC, very close to nice beach, and quiet block. Limited kitchen, but we made it work anyway. Minor things could be taken care of (latches on doors, etc), but nothing that impeded us. We were lucky to find a place within a week of check-in, and price was very good. A good time.

Prospective vacationers beware - this property is not as advertised as photos are severely outdated! For starters, the space is very small and if you’re taller then 5’5, you’ll definitely hit your head on the ceiling in the bedroom with A/C. In addition, it’s as far from kid friendly as you can get. No space for a travel crib in either bedroom - can only fit in the kitchen/living room area and only one adult can move at a time. The floor radiator covers are hanging on off the hinges - exposed pipes/tubing in both rooms. Dust, hair, exposed staples and nails in doorways - threshold barriers are uneven. Bathroom faucet looks as if someone took a hammer to it as it’s cracked and needs to be repaired/replaced. Found a use eye ointment in the second bedroom dresser. Outdoor shower is deplorable - mold and mildew line the one stall. Provided linens and sheets were stained and discolored. When issues were addressed with Owner and Vrbo, he offered cleaning crew and maintenance to “fix” the issues. Maintenance arrived and agreed that above issues were a problem and was NOT suitable for a family (either two or fou legged)! Vrbo did not feel any of the complaints and safety concerns warranted their attention or time! Needless to say, we stayed less than 12 hrs in this “cozy coastal hideout” and would highly suggest anyone who’s even slightly interested in this property to do the same!!!

This had been the greatest experience ever we absolutely loved not only the host which made you feel

Kahore was the best and i would say the best host i have ever dealt with people you have to give it a try you'll never regret it the place has great water pressure which is very hard to find on this island and such a clean and cozy unit nakes you feel at home. This is a 100 star review and i recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great time at seaside heights i will be back for years to come this is it no more looking for a clean and cozy place to stay ive found the best place and just talking to kashore was like talking to a family member..

Did what we needed

We came for my sons soccer tournament. We literally only showered and slept here and it did what we needed. We were comfortable and it was clean. Literally a block and a half away from the pier. This may not be an updated modern place, but we were very happy. It met my expectation on what was needed. The owner was sweet and curteous and always prompt. I would stay here again next year. Highly recommend.

It’s nice to have so many players at our properties. We can’t wait to host you again for next year and perhaps have our own soccer tournament in our huge lot 😂

Girls Birthday Trip!

Our stay? Was phenomenal! My friends of over 40+ years(friends forever) and I have been picking destinations to celebrate life. It being my turn to pick a place, I picked here. What a great place. Clean, cute, safe place to be. Half a block to the boardwalk and beach, which we loved. The outside showers were a welcome addition. The outside sitting area is pleasant, great for chatting, or in my case, reading in the morning (I’m the early bird). Anything you want, it’s within walking distance. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and happy to see you. And now to our host, Kishore. He went out of his way to make sure we had our arrival paperwork and called to make sure we were comfortable with the instructions. Not only that, but he came to meet me and my friends, and as a matter of fact, all the guests for this weekend. He even gave wonderful recommendations for restaurants and even the nearby CVS. Who does that? Many other places assign you a number. We were treated as welcomed guests. We appreciated the gesture. Knowing that we had our place by the beach was just wonderful. We felt safe, welcomed and comfortable. I can’t thank you enough Kishore for your kindness and a great spot to stay while in Seaside Height. Your new friend, the cool one, Yvette P.

Yvette, that’s the sweetest review. Less than 5% of our happy guest writes us a review and that too a 1 liner. Unfortunately, people who like to complain write a page long reviews. This means a lot and it shows, how great of a person you are. In deed , you are “a cool one” 😂. I am really glad to call you as a friend too. Nice clean apartment in a great location for the Boardwalk. Host was fine. So small though, as to make it difficult to sit around the table, or cook anything but very simple meal. No room for a bedside table as some people do need for cpap machine. One towel per person for four days seems inadequate to us. Access by stairs for #3 was not clear from the ad.
