Our two bedroom ground floor corner unit is the most private condo in the Mykonos resort. The condo has been recently remodeled. Walk through the front door and look right through the living room at the Sea of Cortez. The living room opens up to the wrap around furnished patio that has a little lawn area between the patio and the white sand beach of Costa Azul. The kitchen has beach view, all appliances, and all utensils. The living room has beach views, AC, and a smart tv with DISH Network and you can sign on to your Netflix account. There is also an outdoor community grill available for grilling.

Fantastic Location and View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was delightful and we loved it. The patio area (where we spent most of our time) has a lovely seating arrangement and no matter where you sit the view of the ocean and mountains are perfect. The suite is well equipped with good amenities. Spacious and very comfortable with 4 people. We cooked several meals in the suite and found that the kitchen had everything we needed. A highlight was on Friday afternoons when a lady comes to the complex and sells fresh local fish and seafood. The pool area is great with a selection of multiple pools and seating/lounge chairs. The beds and pillows were very comfortable for a good night’s sleep.We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Paradise needs some updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second visit to Mykonos 105C. In the year since our first stay in January 2023, the condo is showing the need for a deep cleaning, especially the sheer curtains in the living room and master bedroom. Because the metal curtain rods for the sheers are corroded from the sea air, they do not open or close smoothly and the pleat hooks come off the curtains. When I used the step ladder to re-attach the pleat hooks, my hands were brown from touching the really dirty curtains. Pretty disgusting... By the end of our stay the pleat hooks had come off the curtains again from daily use. There was a minor leak under the kitchen sink we noticed our last day. The bowl of sugar and canister with flour another tenant left were full of ants. The television was supposed to have local LA channels of Dish Network but did not. We contacted the property manager but did not receive any help on this TV issue. The upholstery on seating in living room could use a deep clean as they were dirty and stained behind the throw pillows. Most of the remotes for various tvs and fans had dead batteries that needed to be replaced. The oven, which we did not use, was greasy and dirty inside.

Great place.

It’s as good as you’re going to get for Costa Azul. Literally on the beach with lots of privacy, nice place and very well equipped. The photos depict the place as it truly is. Quiet and polite neighbors. 24 hour security. Would book this place again.

Spring Break Mykonos Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time staying at Mykonos. We normally stay at another complex. This condo is very nice with a great pool area and firepit to hang out. The beds were very comfortable and super soft, cozy sheets. The second bedroom is small if another couple stayed with us it would be awkward since the master is so nice. It is a nice condo where you can put beach chairs on the grass area in front to hang out also.
