Over 1,500 square feet of comfortable, tastefully decorated living space awaits for your return following daily activities. Kick back and relax in the cozy living area, equipped with a wood-burning fireplace or bring the conversation outside on the beautiful deck overlooking the water.

You'll love being able to prepare your own homemade meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances and kitchenware you could need, plus nice additions like a blender and full knife set. Gather around the 6-person dining table to enjoy the chef's feast.

The bay runs right up to the property's backyard, offering prime views and a peaceful, secluded feel. Watch the sunset while watching your kids and dogs enjoy the waterfront yard! Enjoy a campfire with the provided local firewood!

Guests at our property are allowed to use our neighbor's launch to put the kayaks in the water and take them out.

Girls Weekend

We had a nice quiet stay enjoying the view of the water from this cute little home. Plenty of room for 4 adults on a getaway weekend - everything was clean and organized. We had a little issue with the door lock, but the host was very responsive and we got it all figured out without concern!

Quiet and Lovely

We really enjoyed our time at this house. The property grounds were well-maintained, the house was immaculate (kudos to your cleaners!) and the sunsets were incredible. It was cozy to settle in with a fire and books and we played some of the board games available there and many laughs were had. The Door County coffee and wine were such thoughtful amenities, and the communication was clear and easy. The house had everything we could have possibly needed, from cooking to entertainment to beautiful views. We will definitely return!

Relaxing

The place is a perfect place to relax. The host, Josh is very helpful and responsive. I love having clean towels and all kitchen needs. We felt at home. I will definitely consider taking my family there again. Thank you.

Beautiful property and great stay!

We loved our time here! The property was beautiful and just what we were expecting. Kayaks were nice to get out on the water and the location was great for fun things to do in Green Bay! We had 6 kids total (6 and under) so it would have been awesome to have a few kid-friendly activities or toys, but we had a great time nonetheless!

Place to lay our heads before & after a benefit walk for Wisconsin Veterans. Had everything we needed plus a beautiful view & great neighbors. Awesome home with amazing views

I stayed at this beautiful home with my mother and sisters to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. We had a wonderful experience booking the home, communicating with the hosts and wrapping up our stay. The home is easy to access and features waterfront views. The rooms are modern and bedding luxurious. The hosts even left flowers and a card for my mother. I highly recommend this rental.

Perfect pilgrimage

This home was the perfect place to share with friends. The location is unbelievable. The view of the bay is stunning. It’s soo peaceful! We started and ended each day sitting outside on the deck enjoying a meal or a glass of wine by the fire pit. I was instantly relaxed. The house is charming.

Peaceful Getaway

The residence and area offered a relaxing stay. The neighbors were friendly. We all enjoyed coming out and getting some much needed r&r.

Beautiful house on Green Bay

Beautiful house located right on Green Bay. Very clean and well maintained. Safe neighborhood. Communication with owner and property manager was great. House was well stocked with towels and other necessities. Very modern TV’s and appliances. Beds were comfortable. Absolutely loved everything about this property. Neighbor they share a driveway with was very friendly as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family or group get away

We were a group of two chaperones and 10 teen girls making a pilgrimage to the nearby Our Lady of Champion Shrine and various spots in Green Bay and Door County. The location was perfect for our needs and provided easy travel to everywhere in the region. The kayaks provided extra fun for the girls, the fire pit and available firewood made enjoying the outdoors easy! The kitchen had all necessary cooking supplies. When we encountered a minor issue both Carrie and the local manager were helpful and responsive. It was a great stay!

Beautiful home on the bay!

Carrie’s home was absolutely wonderful! It was super clean and the furnishings were comfortable and relaxing. It’s located right on the bay so the views were breathtaking! It was a pleasure speaking with Josh, her property manager, prior to our arrival and he walked us through check-in and out procedures, as well as how to work the house. I highly recommend this beautiful home for future guests!

The property was lovely. It fit our needs perfectly. Not far from Lambeau field. I enjoyed having my coffee on the deck looking at the lake. Communication with property management was excellent. Neighbors very friendly. Would stay again in the future!

Nice stay

We stayed at this property at the end of May 2023. The house was very well taken care of, had everything you need. View was beautiful, so peaceful to sit out on the deck or by the fire pit and gaze at the lake. Sunsets were spectacular, many pictures taken for our family album. The property contact was very responsive and easy to communicate too. This was our first time in the area and we couldn't have gotten any better spot to enjoy it. Thank you for providing your home to us.

A Place to Relax

My sister and I greatly enjoyed sitting outside next to the water. The Bay was lovely, peaceful and quiet - with the added attraction of American White Pelicans to entertain us! The house was very comfortable. We have just a few suggestions: it would be nice to have a stock of plastic wrap, aluminum foil, zip-loc bags in the kitchen. The ice maker did not work, and there was only 1 ice-cube tray. Other than these minor items, everything we needed was available for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Happy place

We generally had a great stay. The location was beautiful, property manager was completely on top of things and very accommodating and the neighborhood very friendly. The house was very clean and had everything you need. The only thing that was disappointing were the beds. Very uncomfortable. May need to invest in new mattresses for all beds! Besides that and excellent stay.

Beautiful and quiet spot on Green Bay - cozy and clean with lovely sunsets!

We spent a lovely week on Nicolet Dr. enjoying the views across the bay, kayaking right from the house, exploring Door County, and relaxing for hours on the gorgeous deck. The house is newly remodeled, very comfortable (and affordable) for 5 adults and a doggo, and conveniently located with good wifi. Many thanks to Carrie and Corey, who were super responsive hosts. Everything was well-appointed and straightforward. Would definitely recommend for a quiet, laid-back, and comfortable getaway on the water!

Perfect home away from home!

My family and I needed something last minute, and close by, due to our home needing some unexpected renovations and this was the perfect home away from home. One of the owners, Carrie, was immediately responsive, along with their family friend, Josh, who helps with the check in process and anything you might need through out your stay. Neighbors were so awesome and so incredibly helpful as well. Home is beautiful and exactly as described. Loved how close it was to everything and made it extremely convenient for our entire family. Staying here turned our somewhat stressful situation, into a relaxing mini vaca. Thank you to the owners and to everyone else for making our stay absolutely wonderful!

Not Suitable for Octogenarians or Disabled.

The property is situated right on Green Bay so view is beautiful. Large deck is a plus. The water line just drops off at the property edge so small children would be a big worry. A new small house is in construction right next to the property and it's a real mess right now. The first view inside the house is very good. But, there are narrow stairs to get to the living area. The furniture looks OK but is very uncomfortable. The lighting is sparse making reading or card playing difficult. No local TV. You have to have your own AP to view most programming. Glassware is plentiful. Does have a dishwasher. Pans in kitchen are unusable because of worn coating and bottoms are burned black with grease. The living area was very clean but windows are dirty, window openings to outside need a thorough cleaning and the bugs in the light fixtures are icky. The new flooring is very well done and attractive. Beds are very comfortable. There are two bath tubs but no walk in shower. Keep in mind that we are in our 80s and perhaps expected too much. We left a day early. It was too uncomfortable. The daily rental plus fees are too high. This is no bargain, that's for sure. I can't help but wonder if further searching by us for other properties would have resulted in a more welcoming and comfortable stay.

Nice getaway

House was clean and well kept. It provided the necessary beds and room we needed to house us and our 3 teenagers for several days. Having the water so close and lots of chairs out back was a wonderful way to relax in the evenings. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and we had no problems. It's a little further down the road than we thought. Wish there was some other access to the water. Overall, it was the perfect place to getaway for a few days. Thanks for the hospitality.

Beautiful location

We had a great time at this VRBO. The property was clean and spacious. It fit our family of 8 comfortably. Communication with the property manger was great. The neighbor was nice. The sunsets over the lake were spectacular. What a beautiful property. It was close enough to Green Bay where we had family to see. I would recommend this property.

Thanksgiving visit

We were going to Green Bay to visit family for the Thanksgiving holiday, and after a very busy fall wanted to also make it a relaxing get-away. This was the perfect place for that. It was an easy drive to anywhere in Green Bay, and the sunsets on the bay were beautiful.

Hello! We are Corey and Carrie! We have been together for over a decade and have 3 amazing kids (ages 8, 6 and 2) who keep us very busy! We homeschool our kids and bounce back and forth between Green Bay and our house in Madeira Beach, FL!

Aside from the kids we are very active real estate investors with a growing portfolio of rental properties and we always have a couple of flip projects going on! We are die hard Green Bay Packer fans! We love getting to know people and are excited to meet you!
