BIKES WELCOME! Large, spacious home only two blocks from the beach! Side by side duplex with private entrance. You will enjoy all this home has to offer from a comfortable, bright living space to spacious bedrooms with a TV in every bedroom, and three full bathrooms. Beach views are seen from upper and lower balconies! There’s a ping pong table in the garage and a gaming station in the main level bedroom. In the heart of North Myrtle, just a golf cart ride to all shopping and restaurants.

Lovely home but…

There were some issues with the rental which is why I am only giving it 4 stars and not 5. The worst issue was discovery of a total of three bee hives on the two balconies. The property manager did address the issue within hours of reporting it to her but we were unable to use the balconies for the day. Another issue was the grill on the property was old and rusty and unusable. The property manager said we could use the grill on the adjoining property but the family there was using it and did not clean it after they used it. There was also a broken chair arm on one of the chairs on the 1st floor balcony. The coffee maker was faulty and hard to use. I advised the property manager she should replace it. There was no broom to sweep the kitchen floor with so we asked to borrow the neighbors broom. There were no beach towels provided so we had to purchase them. I find that strange given it is a beach rental. These issues prevent me from giving it a 5 star rating.

Perfect Family Location

We could not have asked for a better experience/vacation. The house is setup perfectly for all ages. 10/10 would recommend, especially for those traveling with multiple families. The house is much nicer than the pictures in the listing. Perfect house, perfect weather, perfect proximity to the beach and other attractions.

This house is great!

We rented the house for 5 days. We had 7 adults, 2 teens and one child and there was plenty of room for everyone! The house is conveniently located off HWY 17 and a very short walk to the beach! The owner really thought of everything to make us feel welcomed and cared for! Not only is there a gaming system but there's a ping ping table, free throw and cornhole, PLUS, beach toys, an umbrella, and boogie boards!! We are so glad we chose to stay at Windy Hill!!

Attention to details

The property was very clean upon arrival. Also, each bathroom included toothbrushes and toiletries, which left a really good first impression.
