This house was so great for our family get together at the lake with 7 adults and 3 kids. With everyone having their own room and space, but lots of room to gather and hang out. The kids loved being able to jump off the top of the dock, and play with the boats in the pond.

We had a wonderful time with no issues. Lots of family room space. Nice setting on the PK lake. Sunrises over the lake were awesome.

Awesome multi family getaway!

This place was just perfect! It's on the water with its own private boat ramp! House is open and spacious! Also has its own private stocked pond that kids enjoyed fishing at! Very secluded and quiet neighborhood! Will definitely stay here again!

First of all the house cleaner was still there when we arrived at 4:15. Then we watched her clean both showers in the floor to the kitchen with Windex. Then we walked the grounds and saw that there was a broken light of some kind on the dock there was an individual fixing something on the dock, but the dock wasn’t really usable for the boat that we had brought. We mistakenly assumed that the boat lift would be empty since prior to arrival they had let us know that we could not rent a boat or the jet skis. The view was amazing the upstairs rooms all slanted and the air conditioner could not keep up with the size of the house and the heat from outside. We enjoyed our stay for the view and the company that we brought.

Hi Daniel, I am sorry that you had this type of experience. Over hundreds and hundreds of stays at our very special Lake House, it has been extraordinarily rare for us to have an unhappy guest. - we provide all cleaning supplies for our cleaning crews, and they use Pinesol Multisurface Cleaner Concentrate, so maybe it was mixed in a “Windex” spray bottle…! - the Cleaners did struggle to be ready in time, due to their helper being sick, and thus stayed as long as they were able to in an attempt to provide a clean house for y’all. We messaged and called you multiple times earlier this day, including here in the Vrbo App, to communicate with you about this. - in between guests on your arrival day we did have a welder working on the dock to repair damage from a prior guest, and he left a small work light on the dock. - we always do our best to make our dock’s boat slip available for guests - I’m sorry it did not work for your boat. Every other guest for years has used our dock’s boat slip without a problem. - we have 2 Central HVAC systems plus the largest new Mitsubishi Minisplit, that all work great. Per manufacturer recommendations, we have had to limit the Central HVAC systems from being turned down extremely low 24/7 during extremely hot summer days, so that the units have at least a few minutes to take a breath and not freeze up throughout the day and night. If the large Mitsubishi is used correctly as instructed, the 3 large HVACs work amazingly! Thank you, Alan

Several inconveniences. Most expensive vacation home we have stayed in and not the best condition.

Greates vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at everything you need to enjoy yourself at the lake just bring your food and lake toys and enjoy your stay. The only thing I saw that needed attention was some welds on the bridge to boat dock needed to be re welded and the lights on the dock didn’t turn on

It was a beautiful place. Comfy beds!! It was very room for all 18 of us. Very nice people that owners are very nice and quick to respond to questions. We loved it.

Lovely home and property!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The house slept 13 of us comfortably. The kids had a lot of fun with the ping pong and hockey table! We caught countless amounts of fish off the dock which was the highlight of our trip. Communication with the host was very easy and they are very kind people. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great house, great communication

The kids had a blast (well and so did the adults)!!! We were there for a baseball tournament and it couldn't have gone any better. Kids fished, played ping pong, went out on boats.... Very clean house, up to date, it was awesome!!!

Amazing Lake House with Accommodating Hosts!

This rental was beyond great! Getting there was very easy. It's in a calm cove with great space between neighbors. Amber and Alan, the hosts, relied great information and made our stay even more enjoyable with nice touches. They left us stuff for s'mores which was a big hit! Several guests in our group want to rent this exact place on future visits.
