This unique mid-century, smart home is located in the quiet, family friendly, Historic Park Hill neighborhood. Surrounded by trees provides a cozy feel, but the open layout and array of windows in each room allows for ample natural light. This clean, comfortable home comes with a fully stocked kitchen, two porches, a fire pit and covered 2 car carport. Strategically located ~5 min from I-30 and I-40 and less than 10 min from the Downtown Little Rock, historic Argenta and South Main districts.

This is the 3rd or 4th stay me and my family have had here. We love the back deck this is the first time we brought are dog and she loved the safe fenced in yard and the doggie dog just for her. We look forward to more stays as the house is always clean and amazing communication with the owner. Very quiet place and very happy. Thank you again and again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very accommodating and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very comfortable. If you’re ever in North Little Rock, we would recommend staying here.

What an amazing stay! The living room and back yard were perfect to hang out in while we visited family. This will be our new staying spot every time we come to town! Host was so kind and answered quickly when texted!

We had a great stay at this home and would absolutely return. The house was well-equipped for both our dogs and us, which made the visit especially comfortable. The fenced backyard and dog door were fantastic—our dogs could go outside whenever they wanted without us constantly supervising.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful lake less than a block away. I took the dogs for a walk there every day, which quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The location is also very convenient, with several good restaurants nearby.The hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a perfect place for travelers with dogs.

Exactly what we needed.

My elderly dad and myself drove from Michigan and needed a place to stay to visit our family… it was perfect for what we needed. Owner is super sweet and helpful.

We had a major storm with power outage in our area for a few days. Our bathroom switches were taken out during the surge, and we got it fixed right after Julie's stay.

Charming place with a great location

The house was clean and comfortable, offering all the amenities you could want. The outside lights and decks were awesome. Would definitely recommend this house and will stay there again when in the area.
