The property was well manicured, but very congested and very crowded with housing items and furniture. We could not put our groceries in the kitchen cabinets, secondary to the cabinets being full of bowls, plates, cups, spices, etc... The only place we had to keep our non-refrigerated items was on the countertops. The Blackstone grill was covered with thick rust and when we called about it, we were emailed back a YouTube video instructing us on how to clean it, mind you it was July and 100 degree heat.

I’m sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I know everyone is different but you are the first guests in over 100 5 star reviews that complained about this!
My home is not your typical STR. My intentions are to provide a ‘home away from home experience’ with ‘extras’ for guests to use so they don’t have to spend extra money!
There is also a hutch in the kitchen by the dining room table where you can store your food.
As far as furniture, I have the essentials and all drawers are empty in each room for your belongings.
In regards to the grill, it had been cleaned but there was a rip in the cover I wasn’t aware of and water must have gotten under the mat and there was rust on it which is normal for a blackstone. I apologized and sent the video because they said they wanted to use it so I was being considerate in case they didn’t know how to clean it. And yes it was 100 degrees out which was their choice to grill out in extreme heat so I’m not sure what else to say about that.
In the 2-1/2 years I’ve hosted my home I’ve never had anyone not love my home and give their experience 5 stars. I simply want each guest to have a good experience in my home.

I can’t say enough good things about Darla and her home! It was truly one of the most welcoming, charming and clean rentals we’ve ever stayed in! My husband and I with our two pups, and my brother-in-law, all stayed here while in town visiting grandparents, and had plenty of room and all felt like we were at home or visiting a family member! We will definitely come back!

Relaxing place to stay
Could have spent our entire time at the VRBO. Clean, cozy, well stocked.

This home was everything as advertised. The home was very clean, nicely decorated with many amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. The furniture was comfortable as well as the bed. Our host was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions. I would stay here again

Beautiful home
We loved our short stay here as we traveled to Jacksonville for the Arkansas state shoot. It was beautiful and had everything you needed. Beds were comfy and so was the couch!! Wonderful host as well.

Perfection in every way
This property was absolutely wonderful. We stayed when we were in town for a concert at Simmons Bank Arena. The property was exactly as advertised and the communication with the owner was awesome. It was convenient to everything and very safe. We’ll definitely consider staying here again if we are back in the Little Rock area in the future.

Perfect! The cleanest, best organized, not just amole but generous provisions for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Darla also provided great communication and instructions for us of everything inside and out of the house. For dog lovers, she provides a large dog bed, doggie door to the outside, good and water bowls, small toys and fenced in back yard! If dogs have stayed there before, I couldn't tell because the house and yard are impeccable. Bed linens and mattress are sumptuous. Kitchen is furnished better than mine at home and very good quality. Decor inside is beautiful, just as if someone who loves their home lives there. A and 5 stars!

Wow Michella, thanks so much for your kind words. I love when families like yours can feel right at home! Many pups have stayed and I’m so happy to not only host your family but your pups too! I take mine everywhere I go! And I personally clean after every stay so I know it’s squeaky clean for everyone who stays, pets or no pets!! And thank you for noticing! Please come back anytime!!

Above and Beyond
The host of this property clearly enjoys creating a warm, inviting, and homey environment for guests. The home is spotless and every need has been addressed, whether it be a kitchen appliance, utensil, soap, lotion, throw blanket, or aromatherapy. As as aside, the couch is hands down the best for relaxing in front of the TV! The neighborhood was quiet and the streets good for walking our two dogs. An unexpected bonus were the sweet Christmas decorations that put us in the holiday mood before we headed off to Ohio to be with family.
