3 Bedroom home in a safe convenient area

We allow SMALL NON SHEDDING DOG ONLY and must be on reservation. If you did not put pet on please go back to number of guest click on it and click the box below that says “I am traveling with a pet”. 3 bedroom, two bath home on one level with a deck and a large fenced backyard. Master bedrooms has a king bed and an updated private bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed & has a love seat that folds out to a twin bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a large wraparound couch in den. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is a separate dining area with French doors leading out to a deck and a large fully fenced back yard. There is a bar-b-que grill if you would like to grill. Great neighborhood for walks. There is a small lake right around the corner. We provide starter rolls of paper towels and toilet paper so you don’t have to run to the grocery store first thing. We also provide coffee, creamer, coffee, sugar, and sweet and low. In the bathrooms we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful with tree-lined streets. The house is close to many shops and downtown Little Rock is only minutes away. The Old Mill is also close by and definitely worth a visit.

The house was perfect. Located in a quiet community but less than 2 miles from anything you need. We love 7brew! Beds were comfortable and clean, nice deck on the back of the house. Host was extremely accessible. Highly recommend and hope to come back in the future.

This property is really nice and very spacious. This property was very clean. The host was very organized and easy to contact. The neighborhood was very quiet. I had no negative concerns. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay!

Stayed at this property with my parents while we were in town for my aunts 65th birthday! Lovely home and in a nice quiet neighborhood! Would definitely stay again next time we’re in town!

Great Location

I love this location because it's close to the mall and restaurants. The outside is as nice as the inside. The neighborhood is nice plus it's only minutes away from the old mill park.

Trip to reconnect with family

This property was perfect for our little group. It was clean, spacious, and well laid out. We found everything we needed and were in a great location for my MIL and her sister to reconnect with cousins they hadn't seen in 20+ years. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Great house, great location

The house was perfect for us. There were 4 adults and 2 small dogs. We had everything we needed and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. It was easy to get around. The check-in process was simple and stress free.
