Amazing views
This lovely, well-furnished house in St. John is perfect for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was exceptionally well-equipped, lacking nothing we could have needed. The stunning views and ample outdoor space were wonderful additions, allowing us to appreciate the scenery from every angle. Our family had a truly wonderful time and we highly recommend this amazing villa.

House is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Kitchen has everything needed to cook a nice meal. Wonderful getaway
Villa Hermosa was the perfect accommodation for our family of five. The villa was immaculate, well equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The pool is small but adequate for a quick dip which is all we needed after days at the beach and at sea. We hope to return in years to come. Thank you to the wonderful management and owners for helping us organize every detail of our stay.

Thank you for the nice review! We are working hard to keep the villa in top shape with goals to always keep improving and adding new things!
The pool has been wonderful in teaching our 4 year old how to swim, with steps/seating area around the shallow end.
We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and look forward to your future stays with us!

Service and communication were not just good but excellent. So many details were thought of that it is clear this is a family that is very, very good at this! We loved every minute of our stay and we’ll be back (we’ve visited STJ dozens of times and this was a wonderful new high).

This place is paradise!
This home is a dream! For starters, the house is gorgeous - incredibly clean, super comfortable, and very well stocked. The kitchen was perfect to cook a meal at home, they had beach chairs available, really everything you could ask for. And the check-in process (and everything leading up to it) was super easy - Alex was wonderful to work with. After one day at the house we were already trying to plan our next trip back! I would recommend this place to everyone and definitely want to stay there on my next trip to St John!

Paradise!
Our family of five had a phenomenal time staying at Villa Hermosa in St. John! The property was gorgeous, with beautiful views from every room and from the lovely pool area. The villa was very well stocked with everything a family needs (kitchen items, beach gear, etc.), and it was immaculately maintained. Convenient to Cruz Bay and the North Shore beaches and trails- just be prepared to drive on the left! Great communication from the hosts, who provided a ton of helpful information, and very easy check in/departure process. This was a trip we will remember forever, and we are already talking about when we can plan another visit!!

Amazing comeback to STJ
This was our fourth time at the Island, and Villa Hermosa was the best place to stay so far. The location not too far away from Cruz Bay and north side beaches very appreciated with 2 kids. But also far away from the busy area allowed us to enjoy some rest. House with amazing amenities, run by solar power (a must for a fragile power system in the Island) gave me peace of mind with 2 kids. Kitchen completely prepare to cook everything! Super super clean! A lot of beach gear! We definitely will be back to this home! Kiddos favorite part was the pool by far!!

Attending Family Celebration
Villa Hermosa is a beautiful home with everything to make your stay enjoyable. My priority was a house that could accommodate my husband and myself along with our 2 adult children and my daughter’s husband. There were 3 bedrooms with king-sized very comfortable beds with en-suite baths. The kitchen had everything you could ever need with upgrade appliances and the views from the living area and pool area were stunning. The pool was a nice size. Everything was in top condition. The host and local contact were in contact if we had any questions.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in a luxury home in St. John.

Amazing Property with Breathtaking Views!
Top tier property and owners. Alex and her team there on St. John were amazing! Clear and prompt communication during booking and prior to travel. The house is setup with almost everything you need to feel right at home once you walk in the door. The salt-water pool was amazing and kept our kids entertained when we stayed around the house during the day.
While staying at Villa Hermosa any questions were addressed quickly and Alex was able to give great recommendations on ways to make our stay in St. John easier (Rental Cars, baby equipment, etc.).
Can't say enough great things about the property and owners and would strongly recommend anyone visiting St. John to stay at Villa Hermosa!

Amazing Rental
This house was everything the owner said it would be and more. The pictures listed on VRBO are spot on for the home. Fabulous place! Alex was prompt in answering all of my questions before during and after my stay. She checked in to see how everything was during check in, throughout our vacation, and when we got home. I will recommend this place to all of my friends interested in vacationing in St. John. I will most definitely stay here again in the future. It had everything and I mean everything you would need to enjoy your vacation time in St John. Well stocked with a ton of amenities you might need for the beach. The home was immaculate when we got there. The beds were all very comfortable. Having the pool there for later in the day was awesome. The views were spectacular!! I don’t have a negative thing to say about Villa Hermosa. Thank you Alex for an amazing vacation!

Picture Perfect
We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Hermosa. We had a dreadful 7+ hour flight delay getting to the island. The bright spot was the ease and clear coordination with Alex and Luzmey to ensure our late arrival wouldn’t be an issue. Luzmey coordinated a trusted taxi driver to pick us up from the ferry, and he even brought us to grocery store on the way up to the villa which ensured we’d have what we needed to settle in quickly. When we arrived the home after 10p, it was an oasis, lit, cooled, and comfy beds to rest in after a long day. The kitchen is large and fully stocked, the pool is clean and showcases a wonderful view. This place is as advertised and I highly recommend it for your stay on St John. I travelled with my two elderly parents, my spouse and 11-year old. All had a wonderful stay, and the beach equipment that was provided made it easy to take advantage of all the local beaches. None more than 15-20 mins from the villa.

Wonderful Stay
The villa is amazing. Although I had not seen it in person before, I actually considered it when it was available for sale the last time. It did not disappoint. It was a bit more space than needed for 2 people but I would consider renting it again in the future even for just 2 people. My only suggestion is to provide better instructions on how to get to it. I am maybe one of the most familiar tourists with all of the island ( i visit 4 or 5 times a year, for many years), and I had difficulty finding it. There were detailed instructions in the manual in the villa but those were not provided to me. I suggest a sign on the white wall at the bottom of the hill (where the electric meters are) stating Villa Hermosa, and perhaps again just above the sign for Villa Bonita. In any case, the villa and the stay were perfect.

Good day Kevin, Thank you for staying with us! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your time at Villa Hermosa. I apologize hearing that you had a difficult time locating the villa. We provide our Welcome Guide in advance to all our guests. This includes information about the villa, checking-in, directions and information about St. John. In addition, we put all our guests in touch with our on-island villa host Luzmey, who can arrange to meet all guests and assist them with locating the villa. I apologize if this Welcome Information did not get to you in advance to your trip, but we pride ourselves on good communication and want to make sure all guests (new and old to St. John) are familiar with what to expect prior to their travel.
We currently are in the process of designing and building a drive-way sign to assist guests in locating Villa Hermosa.
Thank you for your review and we hope you will stay with us in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous, spotless home!
Villa Hermosa is a beautiful property and hands down the cleanest and most modern home rental we have ever stayed in. Everything in the home was perfectly appointed and I found myself looking at items and thinking, “I want that in my house”! The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, dish, and pot you need to cook and we cooked dinner there almost every night. There were not many food basics besides spices but certainly everything else you would need.
The pool, although not large, was perfect for an afternoon float and sun. The view never got old from the patio. There were a few tubes to float on plus lounge chairs and plenty of towels.
My older teens (18 & 19) loved having their own room with attached bathroom.
Luzmey and her son Virgil were a tremendous help when we first arrived as we did get a tad lost so he drove to where we were so we could follow him to the house. The driving around St John is not for the faint of heart, it’s steep, curvy and narrow and we struggled a bit being from the flat Midwest. By day 5 my husband got more comfortable driving to and from the villa in Fish Bay so I would say the location was the only tough thing for us. Others may not struggle.
Overall we absolutely loved our time in this gem of a home and I tried to imprint the view in my head forever. Thank you for letting us enjoy Villa Hermosa!

Thank you for the over the top kind review! We are happy to hear you had such a wonderful time and enjoyed Hermosa! I apologize you got lost and it took a few days to get the feel for the St.John roads and our location. Overall…compared to some other villas. Hermosa is one of the easier villas to locate and access with a fully paved driveway. Happy to hear our team was able to assist you!
Hope to have you all stay with us again another time! Thank you
