Very good and clean house by the water. Very convenient, it has everything and more. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking to stay in this area. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

Great view, responsive host, clean house, more than enough space to have fun and relax with friends. Convenient access to the beach as well. Will book again and recommend others.

Our family of 5 stayed on property for a family wedding . It was conveniently located to visit family in Kent, pick ups at the airport and the wedding we attended in Maple Valley.The spacious kitchen and outdoor sitting areas were perfect. Grilling on the deck and watching big birds and boats made for easy entertainment. What a great way to enjoy the PNW! Everyone was pleased with their rooms. Next time we will take advantage of the beach.

Great place!!

We had event in Tacoma but wanted to hang out in Seattle so we were in the middle! Comfy beds, fully stocked and owner was very responsive to our questions!

Beautiful view! Great location. House needs a little maintenance- shower faucets in guest bathrooms were loose, baseboards in the kitchen were not attached: overall the house was pretty clean- big cobwebs in the stairwell.

Family came to visit from Nebraska for a family reniun / 90th Birthday. They were all very impressed with the home. Plenty of room for all . The deck was very relaxing and enjoyable with great views of the sound. Didn't do much cooking but the kitchen was fully stocked. Would defifintly use your home for another visit.Parking was a challange, but there is a garage that can accomadate 2 cars

Weekend getaway

It was perfect for my family. All the comforts of home in an area that we were not familiar with, but would not hesitate to visit again. Restaurants, breweries, sports bars, all within driving distance.I will say that more than four vehicles will not work. Parking is a bit tight. Outside of that, you'll be fine!

Extremely clean and welcoming accommodation. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Location was on a quiet dead end street with a limited water view over/around trees and other houses. We enjoyed our 3 night stay in Tacoma at this lovely and well maintained home.

We had the most wonderful week staying at Dash Point! It is a beautiful home with plenty of areas to spread out for larger families. The beds were comfy and the views are gorgeous from the main level deck. We would sit on the deck for hours listening to the many birds, with the help of our bird app, and watching the calm water in the sound. The downstairs rain shower was heavenly! It was a perfect spot to access Seattle, Gig Harbor and Fox Island (tidal pool exploration). Again, thank you for a perfect and peaceful week in your lovely home!

Had the pleasure of staying for a ladies cousin’s weekend. It was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Place was beautiful and exactly as described. Hosts were super responsive on the few questions we asked. 10/10!

Great location , views, comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed staying there with our adult children. Everyone had space , we enjoyed walks the beach, the views…It was also very close to Tacoma events we had to attend.
