Very large accommodation for downtown Paris apt. Perfect for families needing more space. Cooler apt even without a/c. Host was very accommodating

Love the vibe!

My Mom, brother and I thoroughly enjoyed the charming flat! It had everything we needed for our brief stay in Paris, and was very close to a Metro stop. It was quiet at night, and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this property! The hosts were amazing and super helpful! The space was big with everything we needed. Location was great. Only negative was that it was across from a school which was a bit loud for the person in our group staying in the pullout on the main floor but it was not an issue for those of us in the bedroom. We highly recommend!

The listing on VRBO description was accurate. I wish had inquired regarding square footage, and number of bathrooms, w/toilet lol. This was my first experience in France, so I have no complaints aside from the downstairs shower that allows water to flow outside of the shower onto the rug and floor. "5 star" moments are the responsiveness of the owners! They are awesome.

A beautiful apartment with a great location and great hosts!

I stayed here with my husband and 4 boys and it was a beautiful, well-decorated apt. with modern kitchen. The 2 levels allowed us to spread out and the boys loved playing foosball! The hosts had the kitchen well stocked with coffee and other items that made it easier on us when we arrived. It is a great location to walk to great restaurants and to see the sites. We would definitely stay here again. We are sad we couldn’t stay longer bc we wanted to try out the movie screen projector but ran out of time! Hosts were very accommodating

The property is a good location with access to 3 metro stops nearby. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy, so it is helpful to have a white noise app for sleeping. The apartment only has 1 toilet, which might be an issue for larger groups. The property manager is quite helpful and understands English especially if contacted by text.

This was a great central location. There were two train stations nearby to get anywhere we wanted. The home is well equipped and I appreciated having a kitchen and access to make coffee. The shower had amazing water pressure. There is one room upstairs with a door and then a pull out couch in living area. Downstairs there is a bed and a pull out couch separated by a curtain. It was great for our family but would have been more difficult for couples traveling together. The communication was great.

Pretty flat has odd attributes

This up and down rental surprised us when we realized the musty basement smell permeated the whole apartment. The air quality was poor. The only windows were upstairs in front. The kids knicknamed the place the “mold-spore cave”. The bathroom arrangement was aggravating, with the only toilet upstairs and the shower downstairs. Both “half-baths” were so tiny as to be nearly impossible to use.

The description of our property is perfectly clear in the listing, both in terms of the written details and the photos, which were taken without any filters and accurately reflect the reality of the space. It is therefore unfortunate—and frankly quite inappropriate—to suggest that we tried to hide any information. We have been hosting guests for several years and have never received this type of feedback. Your message, both in tone and content, shows a lack of courtesy that we are not accustomed to. Furthermore, some of the equipment was mistreated during your stay, such as the automatic door and the damaged wooden chair back, which we regret. Despite this, we did our best to accommodate your requests. You arrived in Paris during a period of intense heat, and in this context, the cooler lower level of the apartment is actually a benefit. Lastly, we recommend that you read the descriptions of your future holiday rentals more carefully to avoid any disappointment. We wish you all the best.

Arrived there on a Saturday and checked into the property. The place was very nice inside. Bigger then I thought, with the down stairs. Slept 5 of us just fine.

This is a nice property. It’s located in the Marais area. Very convenient location. The metro is at the end of the street which is very convenient. Also, there are several cafes down the street that very good and lively at night. The Arts and Metier museum is at the end of the street also. You might remember the silver mechanical horse (Zeus) from the Olympics 2024. He is on display outside the museum. The hosts were very easy to get a hold of and answered all of our questions. You will like this apartment.

Paris en famille

L'emplacement idéal de cet appartement nous a permis de vivre Paris entièrement. La proximité des services nous permettait de s'approvisionner facilement. Les transports en commun sont à moins de quatre coins de rues, et de plus nous pouvions aller partout à pied, tour Eiffel, Montmartre, Elysée, Louvre en moins de 30 minutes de marche.

Städtereise

Wir hatten wunderbare 5 Tage in Paris. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Mit 4 Kindern brauchen wir Platz und Abwechslung am Abend. Durch die beiden Etagen konnten wir uns gut einteilen. Die großen oben, frei und unabhängig. Sie konnten kommen und gehen wie sie es wollten.die jungen Kinder und wir unten. Vielen Dank an Jade und Karim.
