I absolutely agree that this house was in a beautiful oceanfront location, and the lava rock shoreline was stunning! Not only that, but it was conveniently located near downtown Kailua Kona and plenty of restaurants, making it the perfect spot for a vacation! The rules about AC/wearing shoes may seem unreasonable at first, but they weren't too difficult to follow. And you were able to leave your sandals by the door anyway. We also loved how open the living area was - it just made everything feel so much more spacious! Lastly, management was very responsive if something wasn't working properly - like if the WiFi had issues - which we really appreciated. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay.
