The beach is about 0.8 miles away, and Seaside, WaterColor and Grayton Beach State Park are a short bike ride away.

The two-story home has an open floor plan on the first floor with plenty of room for everyone to spend time together. The kitchen features quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, a gas stove, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker and a wide variety of cooking tools and appliances. Outside, relax on the upper or lower wrap-around porch, rinse off in the outdoor shower after the beach, fire up the natural gas Weber grill or play a game of cornhole.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a ceiling fan, plenty of closet and dresser space, and a wall-mounted Roku smart TV ready for you to sign in to your streaming accounts. The first-floor bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom with a rainfall shower. Upstairs, the Primary Suite offers a king bed, a large walk-in closet, a door to the porch and a spacious bathroom with dual sinks, a separate tub and a rainfall shower. The second king bedroom has a large closet and a private bathroom with a rainfall shower. The bunk room features two sets of custom built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds that sleep four, a door to the porch and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The upstairs laundry area has a full-size washer and dryer, drying racks and a door to the wrap-around porch.

Its narrow, tree-lined streets lead to white sand and the Gulf of Mexico, and the town is known for its art galleries, specialty shops, general store, public art walls and the famous Red Bar. Just a block from the beach entrance, the Western Lake public dock is a great place to launch a kayak, canoe or stand-up paddleboard. Western Lake is one of the area's coastal dune lakes, a rare natural feature found in only a handful of places worldwide.
