Nice great location. Roomy! Web site a little confusing, it says 3 bedroom 3 bath but on one page it shows bedroom 3 has a Fulton there r 3 bedroom with King size beds!! Overall a 5

Friends & family trip

The property was nice. The condo was very big (we had two families stay together). You can see the mountains from the patio a little. Patio furniture could stand to be updated. TV is small (we wanted to watch a big football game, but watched it in a friend's condo). Not a huge issue because we were never there. Indoor pool is nice .. kids had fun swimming while adults sat on the patio (you can open the doors and see into the pool). Good location to The Island, Dixie Stampede.

Could be a great place to stay!

Like the location but the condo needs work like painting and floor needs fixing. The communication was great with the management company. Not enought washclothes for our group and 3 days stay, recliner was broken so we were down a seat. The kichen could use more coffee cups and glasses. The balcony is missing a chair and no glider that is the picture. I have noticed that when a company takes over a condo or house from a private individual they lose the personal touch and that what i feel has happened here...

Disappointing

Rented this condo for a week in the Smokeys. We had no communication from the owner with less than 24 hrs before our arrival. We tried multiple times to contact the owner through the VRBO app with no response. Called VRBO who tried to help. Finally got an email from Jackson Mountain, not VTrips with a door code. Condo was beat up,, missing a patio chair, floor was coming apart. Location was great. Spacious condo. Very disappointed with a cheap hotel feel rather than a homey vibe usually with a VRBO property. This was a corporate ownership. No detergent, no shampoo, sparce decor. Just disappointed. Won't return.

Long weekend getaway with family

Very clean and plenty of space. Management called to say the place was ready at noon even though check-in wasn't until 4. They have an indoor and outdoor pool with lazy river. Outdoor pool and river were closed during off season. It rained a lot on our trip so the option for free DVD rentals was great! Although, I wish we had access to them after 6pm. Location was great, walking distance to the parkway but not directly on it so you have some quiet from all the hustle and bustle. Beautiful mountain. View from our balcony.

Condo was great ! But.....

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean , had everything you need , fully furnished The property was another story .... the luggage carts were rarely returned after use , and the area where they were supposed to be kept seemed to be a place some threw there trash. It was there for days and never cleaned up. And the last 3 night the tenants directly above were so loud. It literally sounds like they were moving furniture every night u too about 2am.

No free adult ticket as advertised!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was very positive in all respects except for when we tried to get the “one free adult ticket” to two of the advertised attractions. The response for Dixie Stampede was “we don’t offer that anymore” and the text response for Ripley’s Aquarium was “our system is backed up, leave us your email and we’ll get back to you” and “we recommend that you make your reservation four weeks in advance of your visit”. This begs the question of why Whispering Pines handed out the “freebie package” with the welcome information upon arrival!

A Great Place To Stay in Pigeon Forge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the location and amenities at Whispering Pines. I wish we could have stayed longer. The covered pavilion with grills was very nice as was having the indoor pool, which was surprisingly large and a nice place to go to get out of the hot sun. Everything was very clean! The unit had spacious bedrooms, all king beds, and was very clean. The only disappointment was the kitchen. It is small and we will upgrade to a 4 bedroom next time to have a kitchen where more than one person can operate in it at the same time. We also wish we had known how it was stocked, as we would have brought more things from home. We missed having tongs, a glass baking dish, more than one frying pan and we had to go to Walmart to buy a stock pot to make our one pot dishes (Beaufort Stew and Jambalaya for 7 people). They did supply some dishwasher and dish detergent, and some paper goods to get you started. It was probably adequate for most, but it is pretty basic. I would think about what you need before you come, and bring what you think you may need two of. There was a measuring cup, cheap plastic mixing bowls, and appliances like a toaster and mixer and more, it was just very tight moving around. You couldn't open the dishwasher and oven at the same time, and we were constantly waiting for people to get out of the kitchen, or close the refrigerator so we could do what we needed to do to cook a meal. We worked it out though, and would not keep this from staying here. We just wished we were better prepared so I wanted to pass that on to future guests.

Spring Break in the Smokies!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful spring break in Pigeon Forge, TN. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo at Whispering Pines Condos, and everyone was more than satisfied with our accommodations. Even though we stayed from Monday through Friday, we didn’t get to even half of the attractions that Pigdeon Forge and the surrounding areas offered. We were able to go horseback riding, hiking in the Smoky Mountain National Park, and take in several shows. Great restaurants are everywhere, and the city never seems to sleep. The locals are super friendly and seem genuinely interested in making your stay an excellent one.
