The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a king bed, and the second has a double bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

From its origins as a city founded by the Greeks to the seaside resort it is today, the city of Nice is undoubtedly the perfect destination for your stay. Between the Bay of Angels, the Matisse Museum, and the Marc Chagall Museum, you will find many activities that will make your stay unforgettable!

The neighbourhood of Caucade is a peaceful residential area characterized by beautiful detached houses surrounded by greenery and flower gardens. It has a calm atmosphere and a pleasant natural setting, with numerous parks and green spaces, such as Parc Carol de Roumanie.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Fiorentina, is just a 1-minute walk.

The nearest tram station Ferber is an 11-minute walk.

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is about a 7-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
