Beautiful spacious air-conditioned apartment, completely refurbished in perfect location to visit Nice and explore the Cote d'Azur.
3 minutes walk to beach and the Promenade des Anglais. Close to centre-5 minutes away by bus or a short walk from the main shopping areas and the old-town. Sea view from the terrace. The apartment is on the 5th floor serviced with an elevator.
The perfect place for an unforgettable stay in Nice. It has been recently refurbished with modern and high quality material, furniture and decoration. Parking is not included in the rental. Paid parking is available nearby, the closest one is at Place Massena who offer daily and weekly rates.

Accommodation for 4 people (1 queen sized bed, and 2 single beds). There is a modern living-room , a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower. There is a balcony with sea view for alfresco dining.

The kitchen includes hot plates, fridge, freezer, fume hood, micro-wave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, cupboards. There is a large flat screen TV and FREE WIFI.

It was exactly what the kids and I needed for our trip to Nice. Location was perfect - centrally located to the beach, transit, shopping and restaurants. We will come back to this place when we return to Nice!

This property was very comfortable for my daughter and me as we enjoyed a short stay in Nice. The location is excellent, just minutes from the beach and a few more minutes to multiple transit options. We were surrounded by local restaurants and shops. We loved having a view of the water from the balcony and ate several meals out there. We decided not to use the air conditioning, preferring the open air from the many large windows. The only downside of this choice was the fact that there was some street noise at night as to be expected from a location in the city center.

A wonderful place to stay

This was a wonderful place to stay for our first visit to Nice. My wife, my daughter, and I had plenty of room staying there. Restaurants, stores, and the beach were all a short walk away, which was one of the many things we enjoyed about staying there.

Fantastic Nice stay

Absolutely lovely apartment in a great neighborhood in Nice. Right near the water, fantastic apartment (elevator, AC, great host), couldn't have been a better spot.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The property was spacious and clean. It was well located. It is approximately a 25 minute walk to the old town. The view from the balcony was great.

Excellent location. Contact person did not speak English, hung up phone after saying something to me I couldn’t understand. I went to the apartment hoping someone would be there, and her daughter met me at the entrance . No problem after that.

Great family apartment

We enjoyed our week in Nice - location was convenient and good for our family as the building was fairly quiet. Katherine and Katia made the process easy and we’d recommend it to other families coming to Nice.

Perfect central location

This was the perfect find for our long weekend in Nice. It's a short stroll into the old town, with the Promenade des Anglais on the doorstep for early morning runs and trips to the beach - parasol was available at the apartment which was great. Highly recommend this place for a Nice beak!

Wonderful location

Place was roomy and clean and a great location. Loved the patio that had a view of and ocean. The manager who let us in was very nice but communication was a little difficult but we figured it out. Would stay again which is biggest compliment.

Lovely place

Very sweet place with lots of amenities including lots of sheets and towels, extras in the kitchen such as spices and oils, beach mats, and a gorgeous view. Rental bikes took us to old town in minutes, or it’s a longer but reasonable stroll. Bakery and grocery stores right there, and a pleasant neighborhood. We very much enjoyed our time here.

Clean, Accurate Listing

Condo building is very safe with fob access. Clean and close to the water as well as grocery store.

Spacious Apartment with a beautiful view

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment was spacious which is a rare find in Nice. The location was great, it is very close to the water. We loved the latge balcony as well that came with a view of the water. Communication with the host was prompt. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very Nice apartment

we enjoyed our stay in this apartment.The view from the balcony every morning by breakfast is breathtaking. Everything is within reach restaurant, cafe,shopping. Promende Anglaise is two minute away. we recommand this place to other people

Stay July 2025

Ideal location and super spacious… communication for the check-in was difficult with the person on site…even months in advance (via WhatsApp) but the owner was reassuring. cleanliness could have been a little bit better (looks like we were using - friend’s house for the weekend - not deeply cleaned prior to our arrival)… we still had a good time

Perfect location

Katerine was so nice and superbly responsive. The apartment was just a couple blocks from beach and surrounded by countless food options, pharmacy, and grocery. The apaprtment itself was quite large, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would definitely book again. I

The apartment is in an excellent central location, and although the kitchen and bathroom have been updated the remainder of the property is in poor repair and needs some upgrading to bring it up to the standard of other properties in this price bracket.Basic necessities that you would expect in a rental were missing, no mirror near a socket to apply make up or style hair, no full length mirror either, no bath mats, towels provided were old, mismatched, and scratchy, TV worked intermittently.The seating area on the balcony was unuseable due to the excessive heat pumping out of the aircon unit.There was paint peeling off all of the shutters.There were random pictures not on the walls just sitting on top of radiators and on the floor.The main bedroom was excessively noisy with rubbish bins being emptied at 03.30am, noise from the upstairs neighbours and the street, sleeping was an issue.In general the place gave an air of not being maintained or loved.

Spacious, light-filled apartment in Nice

The apartment was great- exactly as advertised. Check-in was easy. Katia, who was lovely, was waiting to meet us despite our late arrival. The little terrace where weate dinner one night was delightful. The location, just steps away from the Promenade des Anglais and away from the night noise of old town was great. We walked most places. Highly recommend.

A perfect stay and amazing trip

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this apartment in Nice France. We are three girls in our 20s and were looking to explore the south of France and used nice as our base. The apartment was in perfect condition, it was much bigger than we expected! The two bedroom were kept nicely, the bathroom was modern and large and the kitchen has everything we needed including some tea and coffee which was a nice surprise. The balcony had sea views and we sat out there every evening before heading out into the action. This was a perfect location, the beach was less than a minute away, the main square and old town were a short walk or we took advantage of the bikes along the promenade which got us around very quickly! It was also easy to get to from the airport. Kathrine and Katia the hosts were so helpful and generous, helping us get settled in and continued to be communicative, friendly and helpful throughout our stay! We needed a place to store our bags and get a shower on our last day and they made sure we were all sorted! Overall this stay was flawless and I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the south of France ! Thank you so much.

Nice apartment with sea view.

The appartment is great, having nice charm and being inside a quiet building. It is spacious, clean, very comfortable, having a large balcony, nicely located (either to go to the beach, to the Promenade des Anglais, to use the public transportation, to go walking and exploring different quarters of Nice or to go down, every morning, to boulangerie - pâtisserie Le Capitole and to Plaisirs des Halles (fresh fruits, vegetables, local beers, wine cellar, etc.)). My two favorite places on a daily basis. Two supermarkets are very close by. Upon arrival, it was very easy to meet Katia. She was on the premises waiting for us with the key. She also made herself available during our two weeks stay. Also, we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine. We were pleased. We dream to go back to Nice soon and definitely we will rent the same apartment. The apartment is easily accessible from the airport by public transportation. Both kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped.

L'accueil par Katia était très bien. La climatisation était très agréable étant donné que c'était la canicule. Tout était propre. Nous avons pu prendre les repas sur le balcon. La mer est à 3 minutes donc parfait.
