Two story house the first floor has kitchen, living room, sunroom, a full bathroom and 2 bed room, 1 bedroom with a queen mattress, 2 bedroom with 2 full XL mattress, a large two story front porch and a huge back yard. the second floor has a large family room with 2 sofa beds, 1 bedroom with 2 twin bed with a Trundle Bed and a office space, 1 full bathroom and a large front porch. The house is located close to the Corvette Museum. The house has a bell ring outside in the sunroom door for safety purpose.

The houses location to the local sites is fantastic. The interior of the home could use remodeling and cleanliness could be better. The neighborhood is ok, but road is loud at night. People riding the motorcycles up and down the road can keep you up at night.

The best is the back yard. We had such nice relaxing evenings outback with a fire. The TV was a bonus as we were interested in watching playoff hockey. Worked out well. Would definitely rent this place again. Very clean and charming. Close to everything we were hoping to see.

Great Location!

The house was clean, decorated beautifully and very well stocked with essentials. We really enjoyed the fire pit and grill. Nice quiet neighborhood and was conveniently located for us.

Came unto Bowling Green for Bourbon and brew fest. This place was close to downtown. House was as advertised and everything we needed for our weekend.

Great group space

My dance group was in town for the international festival. There was plenty of room for all of us and a great house. We had everything we needed and getting into the house was very easy.

Floors filthy, baseboards and doors also unclean. Refridgerator was unclean. I placed sheets and blankets over all fur iture and bed where dogs stayed but corners had urine from cat or dog and near windows since our dogs were diisturbed by the odors. House has mold issues and vents i. Bathroons broken, facet in sink has to be turned off just so or it will run continuously. Backyard was mot fenced and full of cats which drove our animals nuts. Nieghborhood is loud at night from traffic. Master bed mattress needs to be replaced. Owners are nice but this was one disappointing location particularly for the price. I left property definitely cleaner than found. We woke up woth headaches from cats and mold each morningThe place could be amazing.Keys left in lockbox.

Nice stay but….

House is fine and furnished everything we needed. However, there was No living area downstairs with a TV for the group to enjoy watching TV (ballgames and such) only in in a room upstairs that has 2 sofa beds that we needed for sleeping too. House is dated and needs some small repairs but those repairs did not hamper our stay. Beds are as follows since I found VRBO description confusing. I queen in bedroom downstairs 2 queens in another bedroom downstairs Two twin beds ina very small bedroom upstairs. One had a trundle bed under it but not really enough room to pull it out and use it. The other room upstairs was like a small den with two sofa beds that when Pulled Out left no room for sitting around to watch TV.

Not the cleanest place more run down than the pictures tryed to get somewhat of a refund for tripping over a rotted out stair and several other issues not willing to negotiate what so ever so I felt as if I must leave a review to warn others. Lots of drug deals happening up and down the street at all hours also. Was very pet friendly though I will say that.

Working in the area

Decent place

The property was decent. Definitely older with lots of bandaids. But plenty of beds and nice for two adults who work remotely to each have a floor they could work on separately. The door didn’t latch shut so you had to lock it to really close it. We had an unexpected kid just walk in our property one day when our car wasn’t in the driveway - that was unwelcome. But the host was responsive and the house served its purpose for us, as we were just in town for a funeral.

This is a 2 stories house located in a quit and friendly neighborhood. I will do the possible to accommodate the guest according the needs The house is 2 miles from the Corvette Museum, 6 miles from WKU, 8 miles from Lost River Cave, 25 miles from Mammoth Cave, this is an unique house and rare to find in this area. It have a BBQ area to enjoy with your families and friends.

The house is located 1.5 miles to i65, it is in Bowling Green city limits, the woods backyard makes this house unique because the house is in the city but you will feel the quit and comfort of the country. The house is in a quite neighborhood without close houses in the backyard, this give the guest a complete privacy at the time using seating and the fire pit.
