We love our guests that let us know how much they enjoyed their stay! The house is conveniently located close to attractions. Also a short drive to Nashville or Louisville! Also a safe kid friendly house with lots of games and space to enjoy the covered deck and outdoors. We work hard to give our guests a perfect retreat!

Over 200 plus 10 star reviews says everything about this property. Unfortunately this renter broke the rules. Anyone with pets has to sign a Pet Policy same as any rental. The Pet policy requires dogs to be on leashes. The Damages were reported as required with photographs and video. Before his dogs attacked us while trying to feed the horses, he texted saying everything was great in the house. After we reported the attack he began a mission to somehow throw blame on us. Unfortunately this was on Labor Day weekend with record temperatures in the 100’s. The thermostat was set on 70 at his request. I did ask them not to tamper with the AC. As any homeowner knows HVAC companies don’t make repair calls on Holiday weekends. We are very upfront about the rates as stated in the description. You must input the correct amount of guests staying. We understand sometimes more or less people staying can change. We always try to work with our guests to make sure they have everything needed when checking in. We do our very best to make our guests stay is enjoyable and safe. This is a house rental on a Horse Farm that has consistently received rave reviews from renters. We have many renters that return year after year because they love the peace quiet and ease of location. Renters always praise the cleanliness. We always ask if anything is needed to let us know. However we will not be blackmailed by guests that break the rules and damage the property.

The house is in a perfect location minutes to local attractions. The house has lots of room with big bedrooms and the layout provides privacy for everyone.

The house is beautiful. The location is great on great roads. It is a peaceful quiet, country location. 5 minutes to I-65 and 15-20 minutes to a local attractions. The housekeeping is immaculate. The rolling pastures and horses are an extra treat!

The house is immaculately cleaned! The layout of the house offers a lot of privacy for large groups. 99.9% renters love everything about the house! You will too!

This area has beautiful views year round! The house sits in rolling hills with pastures, beautiful barns , horses , ponds and wild life. Nature Provides Spectacular sunsrises and gorgeous sunsets.

We are always happy when our guests have a perfectly relaxing stay! The house is located in a quiet country spot 5 acres of the rd. But only 3 miles to i65 and Smiths Grove with restaurants and grocery stores. It is within 15 -20 minutes of popular local attractions: The Corvette Museum is south on 1–65 and Mammoth Cave is 20 minutes North on I-65. 1hour to Nashville south or 1 hr North to Louisville. All great for day trips. Then quiet relaxation when you get back to the house.
