Hey Andrew! Fundamentally, our job is EASY! Make sure a home is as-advertised, clean and ready for our sunseekers arrival. Outside of Mother Nature, “the human condition” is the variable we assist with the most. Entomology, thermodynamics, veterinary medicine and even interior design are personal responsibilities our office has been tasked with advising on a case-by-case basis! We’ve got no direct lines to Mother Nature regrettably and ever more so, have no ability to guaranty personal vacation plans go untested. What we CAN guaranty is that IF something happens and our efforts can help, we certainly do! As far as for the success of your adventure, those kudos belong ENTIRELY to the positivity, planning and expectations of your party! We thank YOU for both respecting the home which served as a backdrop for these memories but even more importantly, the positivity and example you gifted of yourselves onto the Island! <3 Team SWRE!

Hi Norman. Your review is a bit perplexing. Did you review the photographs before your arrival? These were taken in June of 2021. The booking description and welcome message also outlines everything your party should have expected upon arrival and during your stay. We apologize you felt this way although it comes unjustified. For future renters, please simply review the photos and description provided by the booking site and everything is as advertised, as the other reviews can attest.

We've had no issue prior but when living by the ocean, wear and tear can be remarkable! This is why we maintain a strong partnership with our guests and maintenance teams! Whether damage the occurs organically by wear and tear, or from excess abuse from a particular party, we simply assist any way we can! Have an amazing rest of your summer!

Hi Ruba thanks for the feedback. A little added context. The pool was heated to 88 degrees on arrival. Your party wanted more of "hot tub" conditions and the Owner did the best to accommodate! Your party had access to each vendor, from maintenance to linens if any special requests arose. There were no maintenance issues during your stay. You inquired into extra "non-provided" linens, even down to the color of said items. Again, our colleagues did their best to accommodate each and every one of the numerous special requests sent to us daily in order to help in any way we could! Each and every linen provided with the rental was advised both on the booking site and Welcome Message, along with the onsite binder. Neither were reviewed in advance by your party, as our message thread denotes. When traveling to another home, there is a bit of teamwork to the adventure! We are here if needed and did our absolute best to accommodate the numerous asks. As a traveler, it's also a guests responsibility to prep in advance, review all of the helpful information provided and ask anything one might need in advance and show up prepared for a great experience!
