Take a break in downtown Winter Park - luxurious Pet friendly accommodations the Arrow Townhomes. This 3 bedroom is a great spot for couples wanting a getaway and will sleep up to 10 people. This property offers the best views and private hot tub amenity available for rent in Winter Park.

The lower level offers a private garage where 2 cars can be parked in tandem and large mudroom for storage.

The second level has an open floor plan, allowing for entertaining and enjoying the gourmet kitchen. You can also relax on the private deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and views, BBQ grill. The living room has a large smart HDTV ready for your use, comfortable leather sofa, which can convert into a queen size bed. Kick back and enjoy the gas fireplace during the ski season too. The bedroom on this floor has a queen bed and its own TV and full bath.

On the 3rd floor you will find the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath. Down the hall is the second guest room with queen bed and TV. The den area is set up with a comfortable leather sofa (with queen sofa sleeper) and flat screen HDTV. Both the second bedroom and loft have access to the full size bathroom located between the two. Should you need to do some laundry while at our home, we have a full size washer and dryer. No air conditioning.

The rooftop deck has an unbeatable view of the Continental Divide, Winter Park Ski Resort and offers privacy to enjoy the sunshine, private hot tub.

NO SMOKING. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke in the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200.

Great little getaway

Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Loved every part of our stay. We had an accident and they were terribly understanding. I’d love to stay again if it works out. Thanks to stay winter park!

Winter park stay

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was very clean and one of the few properties with a private hot tub. We look forward to staying again.

Poor management fails to meet expectations

Property is beautiful but management is poor. The only real amenity besides location is the roof top hot tub. After a six hour drive we found the hot tub at 76-degrees. Disappointing but we fixed it ourselves by the morning. Found a broken sliding bedroom door to and when reported to management asked to speak with supervisor about the hot tub, never received a return call or follow up. Maintenance showed up while we were out the second day and left a note saying they couldn't get the pocket door back on track so just don't use it, my teenage daughter needed her privacy so that was not a real option. I knew it was near the main road so figured it would have some noise but it was definitely louder than expected and we needed to keep windows open because the unit was almost 80-degrees on arrival, Warner than the hot tub, despite being in the 60's outside and there is no AC or fans anywhere on the property. Management office never followed up during our stay or since.
