The ultimate family beach vacation destination! Waterfall Way features the best of both worlds of being on the water and just steps from the beach. Breathtaking views of Estero Bay lends itself to privacy and peaceful relaxation while you watch the boaters go by or see the dolphins put on their daily show. With over 2,500 square feet of air conditioned living space, this beach home defines 'open concept' with unobstructed views of the Bay from the moment you enter to the inviting living area. The well appointed kitchen has stainless appliances and all the cookware for your culinary needs. The wall to wall sliders open completely to the screened-in pool area which features a dining table, loungers poolside bar and gas grill. The ground floor offers a fantastic kids retreat with living area, kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator & wine cooler. Lots of activities with ping pong table, corn hole, assorted games. Get a basketball game on in the large driveway. Two bedrooms with king and queen beds located on ground floor, one of which also has sofa bed. Main floor offers three more bedrooms, all with king beds. Master suite has bay view with dual vanities and walk-in shower.

Just a short walk to Bonita Beach Access 1, take the beach cart and plenty of beach chairs and towels. Guests also have the option of renting a boat nearby and tying up on the home's dock, also perfect for fishing. Leave the car at home an enjoy walking to local restaurants & bars Coconut Jack's and Doc's Beach House.

We enjoyed our stay at Waterfall Way. Saw dolphins, manatees and crocs right in the canal from our backyard multiple times. Jamey was super helpful during our visit. Was surprised compared to OBX rentals how the home was stocked so well with good towels, soaps, shampoos, garbage bags, spices, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The house has plenty of inside and outside seating, beautiful showers, we had 8 stay and did not have a problem with hot water running out showering either. Only criticisms are have the pool skimmer filter operating as well, the bottom filter doesn't remove the bugs, the two refrigerator units didn't have a working ice machine and put a sign on the washer for those not familiar with front loaders to not close door. All around would love to stay here again

The house was laid out perfectly for our group of eight adults. The pool was a joy. It was actually big enough to stretch out and swim. It was clean, perfect temperature and beautiful. The breach casts and accessories were much appreciated. It was a great stay.

Great Location

The house is laid out just right for a vacation, plenty of bedrooms and hangout space. Location is ideal for walking to the beach and skipping all the traffic.

We were in town for my son’s wedding. The house was spacious and had everything we needed! The pool area was huge, but the pool area could use a good power washing. Some pool furniture was rusted and unusable, but besides that it was great. Communication was fantastic and it met all of our needs for our busy weekend.

Perfect location and layout!

We had two families stay here and it was perfect! The downstairs area with ping pong, huge lanai and pickleball in the driveway with just a short walk to the beach and restaurants made this the perfect stay! the upstairs floor plan is open making it easy for everyone to be together!

Relaxing space

The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to cook. Location is peaceful and relaxing with good fishing. Definitely a great stay!

Bonita Beach Bay Stay

Property and location the best. Close to Doc’s and Coconut Jacks. Rented a pontoon boat and fished. Kayak and canoe, fishing gear and towels all plentiful. Even left extra propane tank for the grill.

Great Place

We like the location and the house itself. I wish there were a pantry and more closets. We had a fabulous time in the pool, and the fact that our dogs were welcome.

Great house and neighborhood.

The home was perfect for our needs. 3 generations of family on this trip. We were able to catch some fish on the dock. It was great.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Everything we needed and more was in this beautiful home. We had our children and grandchildren with us, and everyone loved what our 2-year-old grandson said, "OUR Florida home." We will be back!

Great property for a large family get away. Great pool and hot tub. Everything you need for the beach. Intercoastal boat access, boat ramp and dock allowed exploring from Naples to Fort Meyers on the water. Property manager is very responsive and quickly filled every request.

We were very disappointed with the non functioning hot tub and had to contact them a few times but they never fixed it so couldn’t use unless someone came out. The pizza oven advertised was not there anymore which we were excited about using . The furniture outside around pool and upper deck were old and run down where we felt uncomfortable using them. There were weeds all around the back of pool deck in the pavers on theside of bay , and good size weeds that were clearly not taken care of for a while. The floors in house were not cleaned as well as should have been . The master bedroom and bigger bed room downstairs had very visible stains on the sheets. There were major dust balls under all the beds . The 1/2 bath had a bi-folding door up against the wall and on floor next to it was what looked like a glass shelf so I cleaned the bathroom and shut the door and we never used it. The master bedroom bathroom closet had stuff thrown all in there that smelled terrible where I had to spray febreze in it constantly and made that closet unusable. There was pee on the bottom of the curtain near the kitchen for front balcony which I also had to spray my febreze fabric on it to keep my dog away from it. It was dry and was yellowed but didn’t really smell to us but of course my dog could smell it. We paid more money for this property then any other vacation rental we ever got and it didn’t show as a high end rental. I think it had potential but needs work. Very disappointing

We’re truly sorry the home did not meet the high standards you expected or that we strive to provide. We regret that our attempts to resolve the spa issue during your stay were unsuccessful; however, it has since been repaired and is now working properly. The pizza oven has also been removed from the listing. All necessary steps have already been taken with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to address the concerns described. Out of an abundance of caution, we also completed a thorough deep cleaning of the entire home. We appreciate your detailed feedback and have used it to ensure the property receives the care and attention our guests deserve.

Our stay was amazing!! The home had everything you could want and more! From the pool to the dock to the ping pong table you never even needed to leave the property. But when we did the beach was just a quick walk away. We have rented quite a few homes in Florida and Thais was by far our favorite!!

Very nice property.

The house is located in an ultra-convenient location. Easy access by car or boat. The house is well appointed and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was great. We parked our 24 foot boat at the dock out back.
