This home was excellent. Beautifully decorated and charming. Loved the quiet location and the peaceful atmosphere. Everything is close, short walks to so many different places. Home is well stocked and makes for an amazing stay. I highly recommend this location.

This cottage was cool, clean and in a great spot. The host was very receptive and made sure the stay was perfect for us. I would highly recommend a stay here!

House was very clean and comfortable. Had a nice quiet weekend. Traveled around the city hitting some very nice restaurants. Rented a golf cart from Kustom Karts which gave us another experience. Will visit Colonial Beach again. Thanks, Tammy and Steve. Dianne

Great place!!

We enjoyed ourstay at the house. It had great amenties, including a well stocked kitchen! We used the grill every evening for dinner.

Loved everything!! Close to everything we wanted to visit, and plenty of space. Had everything we needed, especially kitchen needs. We hope to go back and rent again soon.

Love This Beach Cottage!

We stayed at the Four Seasons the Summer of 2024 and loved it. We came back for June 2025 vacation. We will be back June 2026!!

Wonderful Little Cottage!

Colonial Beach is an interesting little town that was a very pleasant visit. We have family near by but wanted our own place to stay. We have two very small dogs and it was perfect for them as well. We will be back again.

Very Cozy

The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of nice details and our two fur babies loved the big backyard. Thank you for a relaxing week! We will definitely be back.

Super cute little beach cottage.

We all really liked the home. Small but in a cozy happy way. Cute beach themed decor. There was little issue with the plumbing, but the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would rent again.

Great House

We stayed over 4th of July 2024. The house was supper clean when we arrived and the owners had everything very thoughtfully set up.it is apparent they have pride of ownership and had put a lot of effort into preparing the house for renting. There were a good number of board games to keep the teens busy and the fully fenced back yard was great for our dogs. Would 100% stay there again!!!!

Fabulous Vacation!

My 71 year old mother and I along with our 2 small dogs were thrilled worh the property. It had a huge fenced backyard that the dogs enjoyed exploring. The property provided every convenience you could need: from paper towels, toilet paper, beach chairs, beach towels, and s beach umbrella. The property is one level which was perfect for my mother who had 2 knee replacements. The property owners had a walk in shower, a shower seat, handrails in the shower, and other amenities that made the property senior friendly. The location was perfect distance from both the beach and bay side. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and very convenient. We will definitely look at renting this same property next year!

Beautiful, cozy, and peaceful!

This cottage is very cozy and a lot of seating room, perfect for our family of 6. Very quiet and the sunroom is a wonderful room and cool! The yard is spacious, our beagle loved it. The owner is very kind to have everything needed, just bring your food and what you need. She was always great in communicating with me and prompt. This sure is a wonderful spot and our family made great memories here. Thank you so very much!

Exceeded expectations

Four Season Cottage was exactly what we needed. Everything was as advertised and better. Clean cottage, great back yard, awesome location. We will be coming back for sure!!!!
