Beautiful and unique house with amazing Western Theme decor. Fully remodeled, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, dining area, 693 sq ft private guest house nestled in the heart of the historic Bivins neighborhood.
The Property has a ring security camera placed in the front exterior of the home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.
Master bedroom with king bed. Living room has a day bed and a couch.
The entrance to The Yellowstone- you can park under the carport , at the end of the carport is a fence with brands and horseshoes, open the gate and you will see the entrance. There is a small fenced patio area and yard in the front entrance of The Yellowstone.
Parking: You can park in the driveway, on the right hand side leading to the carport. The front house is also a rental and their parking is in the driveway, on the left hand side. There is a yellow line on the driveway, please do not park or block the parking for the other side.

We really enjoyed our stay! The bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept in while traveling, which was exactly what we needed after a long day on the road. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe, making it easy to relax. The home had everything we needed, and we'd definitely stay here again if we're passing through Amarillo.

What a cute place! Great kitchen! Was big and had everything we needed to make a nice dinner and breakfast before we hit the road. Nice yard for our 2 small dogs, bed was comfy. Would stay here again

This was a great place to stay on our cross country road trip with our two little dogs. The fences in area was perfect and gave us peace of mind. It was also a great neighborhood to walk around after along day in the car. The house had everything we could have needed and more. I highly recommend!!

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I, and our two dogs to stop for the night to break up the drive from Dallas to Colorado. The whole process was extremely easy, and Brandon was super nice and responsive. There is a full kitchen, washer and drier, and a yard for the dogs. It’s only a few minutes from several restaurants- we went to dinner at Cellar 55 and would highly recommend there as well!! All of the pictures are accurate - the only picture missing was of the yard so figured I would post one. Will definitely stay here again!

Very cute place. Loved the Decor. Has a small private yard. Washer/Dryer, Stove, Fridge. Beds were very plush and comfortable. Good neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Quiet neighborhood with our own little yard. Tucked back behind a larger home allowed privacy. We really enjoyed our stay.
