Beautiful and unique house with amazing Western Theme decor. Fully remodeled, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, dining area, 693 sq ft private guest house nestled in the heart of the historic Bivins neighborhood.
The Property has a ring security camera placed in the front exterior of the home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.
Master bedroom with king bed. Living room has a day bed and a couch.
The entrance to The Yellowstone- you can park under the carport , at the end of the carport is a fence with brands and horseshoes, open the gate and you will see the entrance. There is a small fenced patio area and yard in the front entrance of The Yellowstone.
Parking: You can park in the driveway, on the right hand side leading to the carport. The front house is also a rental and their parking is in the driveway, on the left hand side. There is a yellow line on the driveway, please do not park or block the parking for the other side.

Very cute place. Loved the Decor. Has a small private yard. Washer/Dryer, Stove, Fridge. Beds were very plush and comfortable. Good neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

A great place, very clean and well decorated. Great location, 10 minutes to anywhere u want to go. The host offers wonderful food and entertainment suggestions. A/C and heater works well. Check in and check out process is very simple and seemless

Great property
Cozy, comfortable, convenient and quiet. This was our second stay here. Nice small fenced yard for our dog. We enjoyed the Christmas tree.
