Very Private, Great Location for Water and Dunes

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath and very large kitchen. 2 large decks with outdoor seating. Large outdoor area including a fire pit with also room for kids to play and yard games for adults. Quiet road and plenty of off road parking including spots for trailers. Our base rate is for occupancy of 6. Additional guests are charged $25/night.

The house was very comfortable and the owner responded immediately when we had trouble setting the thermostat. We enjoyed our stay very much and were especially excited to see the deer frolicking around the property.

Perfect for our group

We came to play the dunes and this home was perfect for that! Good location, lots of parking, beautiful deck and fire pit…e we’re very happy with the accommodations and would stay again!

Great House in the Woods

This house is a great place for a relaxing vacation. Close to downtown Silver Lake but tucked nicely amongst the trees. Comfortable house with plenty of space, well furnished kitchen, and great outdoor space. The showers were great for getting the sand out of your hair and there were plenty of towels.

Close to Dunes

Home has everything we needed, plus some. Comfortably furnished. Close to Sand Dunes entrance. I forgot the Old Smoky Cherries in the fridge, hope the next folks enjoy them. 😉

Perfect stay!

They house was clean and plenty of room. Couldn’t find a can opener so we bought a manual one and left it for everyone to use. My wife did say our next house rental better have a dishwasher! Lol the home owners live around the corner and made it nice and comfortable for any issues. Plenty of parking for a huge trailer and all the sand toys!

Quiet Location near Silver Lake

Very clean and cozy. Well equipped kitchen. Large yard. Ample parking. We wish the master bathroom had a divider between it and the bedroom. Also, 9AM check out was a bit difficult with 4 kids. Overall a great place, especially if you want to be out of the central area of Silver Lake.

Excellent place to stay while at Silver Lake

The property had plenty of room for 3 trucks pulling 3 trailers along with the 3 vehicles that were on the trailers. The house was clean and was nicely stocked (towels, kitchen utensils, spices, etc.). Two nice porches and a firepit allowed us to enjoy the outdoors. Nice lighting as well to enjoy the outdoors at night. I will be planning to visit again. Thank you.

The property has so much to offer. Close to the beaches, and dunes. Nothing is needed in the house. Kitchen is completely stockwd with any kind of pits and.pans, dishes of.any kind. Enjoyed our stay. Definitely plan to.go back.

Independence Day 2021

Independence Day Weekend 2021 was a blast!! Gary and his wife were thee best hosts we have had to date in the Silver Lake area. The house was very welcoming from the second we pulled in. Lots of parking, every kitchen item you could imagine, firewood was provided, awesome outdoor area that was completely lit by string lights around the wooded perimeter. The house was about 5 minutes from the dunes and 5 minutes from downtown. This place will be our new go to!!!

The house is clean and in a nice quiet area. The owners were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable.

Nice place to relax after spending our days at the dunes

Nice lay out to get organized quickly Kitchen had space to set out everyone’s fave snacks and was easy to get around as the cook . A few minute drive to the dunes. Plenty of space to park your cars and fun toys! Perfect for our family!
