Wonderful Chateau!

We loved our stay at Chateau Mickey. We flew into MCO and did a day at Discovery Cove and Seaworld. They were ~30 minute drives and Wal-Mart and Putt-Putt only 5 minutes away. The house was amazing and the small details like having a small cooler and ice packs available and towels to take to the Windsor pool topped it off. Our kids loved the pool, water slides and the activities available in the clubhouse. Suzy was readily available if needed, but everything went smoothly and information was clearly communicated in advance and allowed us to not have any issues while on vacation. We highly recommend for families and we would love to come back in the future!

Outstanding property, we can’t wait to come back!!

Chateau Mickey is a beautiful house that has everything a family could need. The owners have thought of everything and they had brilliant communication with us throughout. We really could not fault anything. All facilities within the property are well maintained, air conditioning is perfect and the pool was a lovely temperature throughout our stay in December/January. It is a great location for visiting the parks and we found it really quick and easy to get an Uber to everywhere we needed to go. The main resort pool and facilities were fantastic for any rest days we needed. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough! Thank you for an incredible holiday.

Best vacation

We spent 5 nights at the Chateau and couldn’t fault it. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Suzy responded to emails straight away and was contactable by phone if we needed her. We wished we could have stayed longer! We would book with Suzy again!

Great stay at Chateau Mickey June 24

House had everything we needed and is spotlessly clean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great. Excellent location, only a short walk to main swimming pool area. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance (15 minute walk) and a large Walmart is a very short drive. Will defo stay here again.

Chateau Mickey was AWESOME

What a place!!!!

We have just returned from the most amazing stay at Chateux Mickey! We loved everything about the house, it was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The house is so nicely decorated and the pool is a fab size for a dip. The house is also really close to the club house where the kids loved the slides! We’ve never been somewhere where the beds were more comfortable than our own, it was so hard to get up in the morning after long days in the parks! Suzy was always on hand if we needed anything, including putting us up for an extra few days when our flight was cancelled at short notice! Thank you Suzy for always getting back to us so quickly, it really helped ease our stress. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home, we will surely be back :-)

Beautiful, Clean House so close to Disney!!

We had a great stay. The house was clean, well maintained and the owner, Suzy was so pleasant and quick to respond. It took 15-20 minutes to get to Disney. The amenities in the community are amazing and the pool was fun for our days of rest from the hectic park days. I would highly recommend this house to friends and family.

Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Chateau Mickey! The size was perfect for our family of 5. The private pool and resort amenities were wonderful. Very clean, exactly as pictured. I've already recommended this place to friends traveling to Florida soon, and we are putting it on our list of places to return to! 10 out of 10 stay

The Villa Added To The Magic

OMG where do I start! This was the experience I've always wanted. This is the experience I always wanted for my family. Last year, we, because of me, were in 7 different hotels across 2 weeks. 7! And we loved it but it never felt like home. THIS felt like home. From the minute we walked in, we felt at home. We cried when we left. Thank you so much.

Beautiful small townhouse exactly right for our small group! So clean! Well appointed. Exactly as described. Loved the neighborhood pool and slides. Great location, although e sure to plan on a lot of evening traffic in the area! Overall a great stay and would definitely return!

Cheery & Comfortable with Luxe Finishes!

Once you step through the front door, you immediately notice the love and care that the owners have put into this home! Incredibly clean and well maintained. It’s even better than the photos- the cheery yellow accents and lemon decor feels like you are in the middle of the French countryside. Modern updates with luxe finishes, yet still a casual and comfortable elegance that you don’t find in many vacation rentals. Just the right amount of Disney touches to make your vacation magical. Best of all, the host, Suzy, is amazing and responsive. Thank you so much for your hospitality!! We highly recommend to others and look forward to returning!

Wonderful Home

Thank you for sharing your home with our family. Our stay at Chateau Mickey was great and your communication was top notch! The property is clean, comfortable and has all of the amenities of home. We own a vacation home ourselves and are also well seasoned vacation home travellers. As such, we know very well both the standards expected from homeowners and the expectations of guests. Chateau Mickey did not disappoint on either front. We will not hesitate to return to this home and will recommend it to our friends and family.

AMAZING!! Beautiful rental!

My family (my kids and my parents) picked Chateau Mickey for our Disney vacation and it was absolutely the BEST rental I have ever stayed at. Not only was it modern and beautiful, but it was exceptionally clean. The condo was fully loaded with everything we needed for our 7-night stay. We were very pleased with the short ride to the Disney parks and the awesome amenities at Windsor Hills Resort. Suzy was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. It truly is a stunning and magical place to stay!

MY FAVOURITE VRBO!!

This property was excellent! Wonderfully clean, beautifully decorated and just lovely... had everything we needed and more. It is my favourite VRBO to date! Easy to find information such as wifi, garbage info, television into, etc, and amenities of the place and location of surrounding parks, etc. And the owners contacted me a few times just to make sure all was well. I will definitely use this location again when booking in Kissimmee!!!! Thank you!

Beautiful place

We were already in Orlando and got stuck down there due to hurricane Nicole. This rental was available and the host Suzy was incredibly accommodating. It was not the first time we have stayed in this complex but it was the first time at this home. The home is beautiful and everything was clean and comfortable. If we are ever in Orlando again we would absolutely make this a return trip. Thank you so much Suzy for sharing your home with us.

Immaculate and Roomy

The listing photos don’t do this rental justice. It’s so roomy and extremely clean. The closets in each bedroom are huge. Having a full bathroom for each bedroom is so helpful. The private splash pool was wonderful to have after enduring hot theme park days. The clubhouse/water park was a quick walk from the house. That was also nice, but we loved the privacy and convenience of our own pool. The house had everything we needed for our stay and we all felt at home. The proximity to everything Disney is perfect, no more than 10-15 minute drive ever. Don’t hesitate to book this rental you won’t regret it.

Wonderful stay !!

We have just returned from a 12 night stay in Chateau Mickey. This is a truly beautiful home, so bright, exceptionally clean a real home from home, very comfortable beds also !! The home is equipped with everything you need. The owners have really thought of everything. It was great having our personal code for the front door we never had to worry about losing keys ! The pool was so warm which my daughter loved. The Resort itself Windsor Hills is very safe also with a beautiful pool. Its a 15min walk to Walmart if you had no car. We did drive so went to Targett as we felt it was a nicer supermarket. The house is so close to Universal and Disney. Perfect location. Suzy was always available to answer any questions we had during our stay which was an added bonus. I really can't fault anything about this house honestly it was truly amazing we were very sad to leave.

Loved everything about Chateau Mickey!

The property is exactly as shown and so much better! Fantastic location in the complex. Easy 3 minute walk to pool and game room. Really great on-site shop with little eatery that is very affordable. The Chateau is pristine. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you need. Very comfortable beds with luxury linens and lots of room for the family to enjoy together. We are mattress selective (code for picky) and found all the beds to be very comfortable. The layout is ideal to enjoy time together with enough comfortable seating for great movie nights. Our whole family loved this property! Beautiful natural light too which I love along with a very nice selection of dishware and glassware. We have found some condos to have thin walls and this was not the case here, wonderful sound protection and end unit is a bonus. Highly recommend Chateau Mickey for your next Orlando stay!

Absolutely perfect!!

We genuinely had the best experience staying at chateau Mickey from start to finish. Suzy responded so quickly, was super helpful every step of the way, we never had questions because she was always one step ahead! Windsor Hills was a lovely community, felt very safe since it is gated. It was very easy to get checked in and use the key code for the house. As soon as we walked in we were so happy—it was SO CLEAN! Which is massive for us because we have had bad experiences other places so that was a relief! It was even lovelier than the pictures and just felt so comfortable. The pool was so nice and warm that even on the couple days of cooler weather and overcast we could still enjoy swimming. It was also nice that the location of chateau Mickey is walking distance to the clubhouse and playground—our kids loved the playground and going to the big pool at the clubhouse in the afternoons! Also very nice that the pool at the house is lit up at nighttime because there were a few nights the kids wanted to keep swimming after dinner so that was fun and a really nice ambiance. Also it’s so nice that it is an end unit and there’s two lovely trees that give the perfect amount of shade on the hot afternoons! We were also surprised that it was so quiet in the neighborhood—we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, it was so peaceful! It was super handy to be able to cook and have the Walmart around the corner. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you need for cooking and we could do pick up orders at the Walmart which made it super easy for cooking for our picky eaters. Also found it very handy to have a washer and dryer. We did a day at Disney and a day at legoland/peppa pig and had a blast at both but I can’t say enough about how nice it was to come home to chateau Mickey at the end of busy action packed days and be able to swim and relax and be so comfortable! It was so spacious and clean, we just loved it and it really made our trip. We kept joking about how we didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be staying again. Ps. We found the “world food trucks” down the road a couple nights before we left and it was SUCH yummy food and a massive variety if you like different flavors I would definitely recommend it as a fun spot for a family night out!

Peaceful and charming vacation villa

This was our first time staying at Windsor Hills and we were so grateful that we booked Chateau Mickey. We arrived late at night and upon entering the home and switching on the lights my husband exclaimed "This is beautiful!". Chateau Mickey is spacious, comfortable, cozy and charming. It's a very easy walk to the resort clubhouse and water park and right across from a greenspace/park with many walking trails. The villa/townhome is well laid out and beautifully updated. Every room was sparkling clean. The kitchen is large and bright, the living spaces and bedrooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. We traveled across country and had only our carryon luggage so it was extra convenient to have a washer and dryer in the villa. It is an end unit so there is little noticeable noise from neighbors. There is a lovely little pool and screened patio out back for relaxing in the sunshine or after a busy day visiting local attractions. The owners are super helpful and answered every question we had. Thank you for sharing Chateau Mickey with us and we hope to return soon!
