Modern and great location

my self and my family have had such a wonderful time here fantastic location just the perfect distance from the pool on the complex , when we arrived we was so impressed as to how modern and clean the condo is and the kids absolutely loved there mickey mouse bedroom , being from the uk our hair dryers ext didnt work out here as power is to strong but to our suprise there was a hair dryer and mosre supplyed for us , the ower was fantastic stayed in contact with us and anthing we was unsure about she solved straight away ! thank you for a wonderful time !

Great location!

Property was as advertised and kitchen well equipped. Location was super close to attractions, shopping, and food choices. Checkin was easy and gated community provided sense of security. Great stay!

We really enjoyed this condo for our family of five (two adults, kids 16, 12, and 9). Spacious, clean, and super close to the clubhouse (about a 2 minute walk) and about 5 minutes to the basketball court/beach volleyball/tennis. Which made it very convenient to just go back and forth as we wanted. The pool was super warm (we were there in December and it was cool, so it was welcomed). People were very friendly at the welcome center. All in all, we would stay there again for sure.

Great stay but noise upstairs neighbors

There for 5 days for a Disney stay. Great place to stay and kids loved the pool. Very comfortable place in a good location. Had a couple loud nights from the neighbors above that disturbed some sleep, but overall nice stay.

Great place super close to Disney!

Very clean and bright. Lots of kitchen items and supplies. Spacious and open. Extremely convenient for Disney in a very nice complex with a fun pool and waterpark.

Perfect family property!

We enjoyed our stay here and found it very comfortable and clean. The beds were comfy. The unit was quiet at night but starting at 7am we heard a lot of noise from the above unit (this is a ground floor unit). The property is well kept and the resort area with the pool and water slides are very close by. It’s well-located for Disney trips and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time at "Close2Mickey"

Kirsten 's place (close2Mickey) was exactly as described in her posting, short walk to the club house (Pool, gym arcade & restaurant) he 1st floor condo made it so easy to access the parking lot for my handicap mother who stayed with me. I stayed here for a entire month and never had any problems. I definitely would recommend anyone to stay here. I intend to stay here again in the near future. Robert B.

Very nice condo, and excellently located

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo. The unit is quite nice and is close to the Disney parks. Our son loved the pool and waterslides. The owner was very responsive and understanding.

Would stay again

The condo was great! A lot of room for the 3 of us. Cute decor. There were plenty of linens, towels, etc. Plenty of soap, trash bags, toilet paper available. There was limited selection of cookware available in kitchen. Didn’t find many items microwaveable safe. Very close to pool which was convenient. Only complaint is we had a family in the condo above us that had a toddler or younger child who stomped late at night. Late enough that my 15 year old complained she couldn’t fall asleep. Nothing the owner of our condo could control. Location was good. We struggled with the amount of traffic at the intersection (by Walmart) near the condo. I would recommend this condo and would happily stay again.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Location ideal and condo had everything we needed. Kristen was super attentive when we had wifi issues that we found to be extra security on my work laptop. We would stay here again!

Perfect spot for Disney

My husband, daughter (11) and I stayed here for a cheer competition at ESPN/Disney. This condo is beautiful! Clean, beautifully decorated, great location, close to the pool and clubhouse. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. The condo had plenty of everything we needed: towels, beach towels, kitchen items, extra sheets, cleaning supplies. We’ve stayed at Windsor Hills many times. We love the gentle entry pool with waterslides, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent this condo again. My daughter loved the Mickey room. Easy drive to Disney, restaurants, Walmart, mini golf. Thank you for a great week!

Windsor Hills

The condo at Windsor Hills was the perfect location for our trip to the Cheerleading Worlds at ESPN Sports Complex. It was close to several restaurants, groceries and activities. The condo was very clean and comfortable with enough privacy to accommodate two families. We also enjoyed the pool/water slides in the warm Florida sun. We would definitely recommend staying here on your next trip to Disney.

Awesome week

We had a fantastic time over spring break at Kristen’s condo. Our 4 and 7 year old loved the pool and water park, which were a stone’s throw from our unit. We found the resort to be very family friendly. We made it home in 15 mins. after the Epcot fireworks which was pleasantly surprising. The condo was very clean, and Kristen was quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. Overall we loved our time there!

Nice place but ANTS

Pros. The unit is nicely decorated and overall clean. Mattresses are comfortable which is very nice compared to other places we’ve stayed in Windsor hills. Location is about the best you can get off property. Cons. Lots of small black ants in every room especially kitchen and master bedroom. Texted property mgr but no answer. Owner emailed back saying it’s the time of year and to wash down counter which I had already done. All that did was change their route up to the counter. I ran out and bought some ant spray which helped but needs some ortho pest defense around all baseboards. We had to throw out a good bit of food and burn vaca time washing and buying spray. IMO property mgr should have came out to spray while we were there. No full size coffee pot. Bring k cups or plan on loading grounds for each cup. Dishwasher was full of dishes and towels in the dryer on arrival.

Perfect Spot For Our Family

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was the perfect location for our family of 4. The condo is on ground level and close to the pool and club house. We went to the pool multiple times and took walks around the neighbors in Windsor hills. The kids loved the waterslides in the waterpark area. The staff was all friendly and it was nice to get some afternoon treats of ice cream and slushies in the store on site. The condo was sparkling clean. We made several meals at the condo and relaxed at night on the screen porch. The location of this property is great for so many destinations. While we were here, we went to Disney Springs, Discovery Cove, Kennedy Space Center and Gatorland. Communicating with Kristen was by far the best communication I have ever had with a host. She always responded so quickly. Don’t hesitate to book this condo!

Great Christmas Stay

Great condo in a great area. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool is heated in the winter and was packed. There was some maintenance work going on, which did not interfere with us and shows that Windsor Hills cares about its property. I would high recommend.

The location was great. There were a few issues with access through the front gate, but were resolved quickly. More attention to detailed cleaning, instead of just surface cleaning. We would recommend & would stay here again in the future.

We are a family of four located in Connecticut. We purchased our condo years ago hoping that we can share our love of Disney with our two boys. They are teenagers now and their sports and lives just don't allow us to get down to Disney as much. We have a family in Kissimmee who maintains it for us and keeps the condo up to the standards that we would want if we were renting someone's home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
