LARGE LIVING ROOM
Sit and relax together on our giant movie room couch and enjoy the 65-inch smart TV hooked up with Netflix or simply just grab one of our comfy floor pillows and enjoy each other’s company by the fireplace, tell stories and enjoy laughs amongst you most loved ones.



MODERN KITCHEN
All the appliances you’ll need to prepare and cook delicious meals during your stay are here. There’s plenty of storage space in the cupboards and the large fridge freezer to ensure all your favorite foods can be kept fresh until you need them ensuring cooking delicious dinners and other meals is an enjoyable experience. Of course, there’s a coffee maker too so you can start each day of your stay the tasty way.


SEPARATE DINING ROOM
Planning a dinner for all guests, maybe to celebrate a special family occasion? The separate dining room gives you all a great space to gather together around a table for a home cooked meal. And when you’ve cleared all the plates away, the space makes for a great place to enjoy card or board games

3 BEDROOMS
All three bedrooms offer guests gloriously comfortable beds to sleep in, so you’re sure to be able to rest after a busy day and get yourself ready for whatever you’ve planned for tomorrow. Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor, with the third on the top floor offering loft-style living. This is reached by a feature spiral staircase and the space has a living area with couch that offers guests somewhere quiet to escape to right at the top of the house. A fourth sleeping option is available in the game room, a pull-out queen bed that sleeps another two!

2.5 x BATHROOMS
There are to full sized bathrooms located on the 2nd floor with complimenting half bath room down on the first floor. All three bathrooms have been upgraded with a modern touch. We supply top quality toiletries and towels for all guests to use during your stay.

GAMES ROOM
There’s plenty to do inside this 3 floor ski townhouse at nights and during those days you want to stay inside or just sit up by the fireplace. Luxury shuffle board and foosball table won’t disappoint and are sure to keep the kids and big kids entertained. Also in here, a pull-out queen bed that sleeps another two. Kids will almost certainly love sleeping in this room, surrounded by all those games!

It’s also worth noting that the whole property is served by the strongest wifi in the area - 70MBPS downloading and 7 for uploading. So streaming, downloading, and live gaming is quick and easy. As is staying in touch with friends and family back home.

OUTSIDE SPACE
You get a private deck space and two small balconies on the second floor, plus access to facilities on the resort. To use the resort amenities (pool/gym/basketball/etc) you will need to purchase a spa pass from Minerals (the spa) which is within easy walking distance of the property. Please note that depending on when you visit, there may be new rules to follow due to COVID-19. Your hosts are not liable for anyone in your group being denied access to these facilities.

YOUR AVAILABILITY / GUEST ACCESS
This 3-bed, 3-floor Crystal Springs house is a smart home. Entry is via a key-less system to make checking in and out extra easy and socially distanced. Your hosts manage several properties in the complex, so have experience at welcoming guests from all over the world. They will be on-hand to offer assistance as and when you need it. Contact details will be shared when your booking is confirmed.

Other things to note:
COVID-19 RULES: Please contact the resort to find out what rules (if any) will be in place at the time of your visit.

ECO-FRIENDLY TEMPERATURE CONTROL: the unit has a Nest thermostat to enable environmentally-friendly temperature control.

GUEST SECURITY: the property has a doorbell and patio camera on the ground floor which record video and audio when motion is detected outside the door. Neither camera shows the interior of the property.

MINIMUM AGE OF 25: To book a stay at our home, guests must meet the age requirement of 25 years or older. Children are welcome to stay as long as they are accompanied by a legal guardian.

The Crystal Springs Resort is located in Vernon Township, about an hour from New York City. There are a wealth of things to do in the local area. Here’s just a selection:

ON-RESORT ACTIVITIES: Take a dip and swim a few lengths in the heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There’s also tennis, basketball, pool, an underground aquarium, and more. Please note that you will need to purchase a pass to use these facilities.

MINERALS SPA – Great for some me-time, the spa includes a steam room, sauna, and jacuzzis, all available for an extra fee through the minerals resort.


OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: Choose from 167-acres of skiing and snowboarding at Mountain Creek and Hidden Valley, 51 mountain biking and hiking trails, wildlife watching, horse riding, the Appalachian trail and much more!

CRYSTAL GOLF RESORT: Enjoy a round or two at the picturesque local golf club.
