The dining and living areas are just beyond the kitchen, all with oceanfront views. The dining area comfortably seats six guests. The living area consists of an HDTV, ample comfortable furniture and a large slider out to your private oceanfront balcony!

The primary bedroom is on the left side of the condominium and features a king bed, HDTV and a newly renovate primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has been gorgeously updated with a custom floor-to-ceiling tile shower!

On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom with one queen and one twin bed, HDTV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom is nicely done with its custom-tiled tub and shower combination.
