We have stayed here many times before and keep coming back. It is always very clean, the sound of the waves from the balcony is amazing, plus the beach/ocean view is great. We love how close it is to restaurants and the boardwalk but without feeling like you are in the middle of all the bustle.

Hey Allen! Fundamentally, our job is EASY! Make sure a home is as-advertised, clean and ready for our sunseekers arrival. Outside of Mother Nature, “the human condition” is the variable we assist with the most. Entomology, thermodynamics, veterinary medicine and even interior design are personal responsibilities our office has been tasked with advising on a case-by-case basis! We’ve got no direct lines to Mother Nature regrettably and ever more so, have no ability to guaranty personal vacation plans go untested. What we CAN guaranty is that IF something happens and our efforts can help, we certainly do! As far as for the success of your adventure, those kudos belong ENTIRELY to the positivity, planning and expectations of your party! Great stay with perfect location

The apartment was just as described and the location was right on the beach. It was a safe and quiet area and walking distance to the boardwalk!

Stay was just three nights. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to more quiet area of beach. Nice location. Easy access around Carolina Beach.

Nice place for beach vacations

Not far from Carolina beach boardwalk, quiet place to enjoy the beach. The condo offer all what you are looking for. We had a wonderful time !

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. We stayed for five nights and have no complaints. Wonderful family vacation!

Beautiful Property

This property was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great with dining within walking distance. Views were beautiful and beach access was only a short walk from property. We would love to stay here again.

Clean spot with great location

Unit was very clean and organized when we arrived. Well decorated and felt homey. Location was great with private beach access and a walk down a quiet road away from the boardwalk with all of the rides shops and places to eat.

Great time as usual

This was our 5th or 6th year staying here. There were some upgrades made since last year that were nice. We enjoy our stay every year which is why we keep returning.

Great Beach Location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The view of the ocean from the side deck was very peaceful! The condo had everything we needed for just the two of us. This was our first time visiting Carolina Beach and we really enjoyed the area. Dale was great to work with and always responded to our questions!

Yearly stay

This was our 3rd or 4th year staying in this unit. We live it so much. We enjoy how close it is to the pool and beach. We look forward to staying again next year.

Highly recommend

Everything was as described in the listing, and the location and proximity to everything was so awesome! Very cozy spot with a great kitchen for cooking and enjoying meals together. Coffee with a view of the beach each morning was also a highlight. We hope to be back next season!

Perfect Week!

Spent the week to watch my daughter play college lacrosse during spring break. Property was so clean and exactly like described. Had a few minor hiccups but host was promt answering and nothing that impacted our stay. Great food directly accross the street and lots to do around. Beach access was perfect!!! We had a great comfy stay.

Beautiful beachfront condo.

Beautiful condo with an ocean view, great location, beach access, parking & a pool. Dale was great to work with- quick with communication to answer all of our questions. Our family of 4 had a wonderful last beach trip of the summer at Carolina Beach!
