Great location and view

Great property. We enjoyed our short stay. Would consider again. Just need to update kitchen pots and pans and overall kitchen equipment for cooking. Hard to cook dinner with supplies. Maybe have complimentary coffee would be nice.

Awesome place

This place was perfect. Right on the water, huge balcony. Entire place was bigger than the pictures showed. Close to everything. We will definitely be back!

Great access to beach

Really great access to beach. Just a few steps. Even with bad knees- it was close. Condo was very clean. My youngest loved the second balcony. We have trouble figuring out the parking and she walked me through it as I did it. Once I knew the side road- it wasn’t bad. She was very friendly and helpful.

Condo on the beech

Sleeps six: would have been a tight squeeze. Also, six forks???? Need more hooks/towel racks, dish cloths. Internet was on and off almost daily, inconvenient.

Short Easter stay

Myself, my husband and 2 of our grandchildren loved staying at the property. It was a great location for us. We weren’t in the condo much but it was clean and all we needed for our short stay. And it was still close enough to visit our friends in Leland.Our senior pug loved being able to go down to the beach. She is blind and partial deaf but loves the feel of the water on her feet. Would have loved to stay longer but unfortunately the grandchildren had to return early. We will be back because we also love to deep sea fish a Nd the marina was very close.

Weekend getaway.

Ovall 5 stars for location,& view!! But the property owner might want to check on the cleaning service they are using. The unit was dirty upon check in. Surfaced cleaned at best. The kitchen floor had dried up ketchup and we swept up at least 2 dust pans full of dirt, not sand before bringing our belongings in.

My Happy Place

The week at CB was very much needed, as I was in great need of a get away. The one year anniversary of my husbands passing occurred while I was there and my sisters were with me to help me reminisce and celebrate him. Thank you for your wonderful place.

Thanksgiving at the beach

The door entry code did not work. We had to use the hard key. The kitchen does not have proper outlets for all the appliances. The water pressure is incredibly low in the showers. The toilet backed up. Other than that the proximity to the beach is great!

Spectacular getaway

My son was on fall break, and we all decided to head for the beach. While there tends to be more places available this time of year, we also wanted to take our dog, which narrows our choices. Fortunately, we found this condo. It was perfect! Conversation with the owners were quick and we easily booked our stay. The Condo was clean in site and smell. The towels were laid out and both my daughter and wife commented on the touches such as the makeup remover provided in the bathroom. My son had no comment on that. The location was excellent. We have been coming to Carolina Beach for many years and we usually hit the Food Lion on the way in for coffee and such but this year it simply didn't happen. As it turns out, what turned into a wonderful routine was getting up and walking the dog 30 seconds to the Corner Market, picking up a cup of coffee and hitting the beach for a long walk. Speaking of location, the condo is located about a 20-minute walk to the boardwalk and most of the local restaurants. We really didn't have to drive anywhere, and we hit all our favorite haunts! We would 100% book this condo again. It was a fantastic time away and the condo checked all the boxes.

Great place at the beach

We had a great stay. Comfortable, pet-friendly condo. Beachfront. We had everything we wanted/needed. Have family in Wilmington (with our first grandchild) so this was a great/close-by place for us. We'll stay again for sure.

My family has always had a vacation home here, and I’ve spent countless summers enjoying the island's charm. I even had the chance to live at the beach while attending college in Wilmington, where I worked my first job as a hostess at the Carolina Beach Marriott the year it opened!

Carolina Beach holds so much nostalgia for me, and I love that my two boys (11 and 15) now get to create their own cherished memories here, just like my sister and I did growing up. I’m excited to share our family’s favorite getaway spot with you and hope you fall in love with the island as much as we have!
