Perfectly located in Bretton Woods with magnificent views of the ski slopes, this StoneHill home is luxurious yet warm and inviting.
Built on 3 levels, the house has two living areas, one with wood burning and one with a gas fireplace, including a large open floor kitchen/living/dining room and a bar area downstairs, making it perfect for large groups and multiple families. The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people, and you will be a stone's throw to some of New England's most coveted attractions, from the ski trails of Bretton Woods to the winter magic of the many surrounding towns, to the cog rail, Santa's Village, and much much more. Previously available only as a seasonal rental, we now have the pleasure of making this available to short-term visitors looking for a great place to stay for a shorter vacation! In addition, a hot tub is being added in December 2022!

Lower Level Area: Enjoy a 2nd living/entertaining area with a wet bar, fireplace, and access to the backyard!
Outdoor Area: Back deck accessed from the main level living area for extra dining and outdoor grill provided. Access to the flat backyard from the lower level and views of the Bretton Woods ski slopes!
Extra Features: Hot Tub, Free high-speed wi-fi, cable TV, washer/dryer, and linens/towels provided!
Please note: This Home does not have AC. Our climate is mild and AC is generally not needed. Fans are provided
- Linen, towels, and a starter kit of essential amenities (soap, shampoos, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels) are included with your cleaning fee.
- A trash pickup is included with your cleaning fee at the end of your stay; please leave all trash in the home and our staff will take care of it! If you need additional pickups during your stay, they are available between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm at $10 per pickup.
- Pool & gym pass program subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort.

*Please Note: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially Quiet Hours (10 pm - 8 am), Parking Limitations (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no Trash left outside must be followed. Propane and charcoal grill or any form of open fire is strictly forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. These house rules are designed to make sure we comply with regulations and identify inappropriate behaviors that may cause tensions with our neighbors and other visitors. We want you to have an extraordinary experience with us and we share these rules up-front so that you can make an informed decision. -Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4 PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 2 Vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Pets and No Unauthorized Guests: Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on the property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter finds its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
