Overall the place was great! Very well kept! During check in we had to ask for help getting to the parking garage because the entrance was kinda hidden and we arrived in the evening time. Once that was figured out the stay and check out process went smoothly.

Great place, great location.

There really was nothing about this stay that didn't meet or exceed my expectations. The place was comfortable and just as described. The location was excellent; right in the Village and close to the gondola.

Great Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for us. It is as advertised - great appointments, great decor and extremely comfortable. Would return in a heartbeat.

Great spot for skiing! Only reasons it’s not 5 stars is that the hot tubs were not close (apparently there were closer ones, but they were not operative while we were there) and no towels were provided at the hot tub, so the first time, we had to walk there twice in the cold.

Great property!

Family and I had a great stay here. It was as nice as the pictures, maybe better. Clean place and nice updates. Bonus for having games kids can play. Being in the village has lots of positives, especially during snow season. Would recommend and will look to stay again in the future.

Big Horn #210

Our stay could not have been better. The location, the physical space and decoration, the underground garage all made for a terrific property. The management company was always available for questions AND they responded rapidly. We would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful unit. Temps were in the mid to high 80s......Quite warm. We entered and saw a huge floor fan running. After unpacking, we noticed the A/C in the bedrooms wasn't working. I called the office. I was told they were aware the A/C was out in the bedrooms, thus the reason for the fan. A part had been ordered to repair the A/C, but it wouldn't arrive until after we left. (So they knew about the broken A/C, but still placed us in the unit. ) I requested a 2nd fan. A portable A/C was delivered to help in the 2nd bedroom. Unfortunately, we all had to sleep w/ear plugs, b/c the fan/A/C units were so loud.I was also told to keep the windows open during the night to cool off the unit. (We did.) I was sleeping on the sofa in the great-room, due to insomnia. I cracked open the door to the patio to keep cool air flowing. About 3am, I heard the blinds on the door rattling, then a slight bump on the door. I grabbed my phone, turned on the flashlight, and there was 100lb. bear cub in the unit! I knew Mama was probably right behind him. I screamed and he ran off. I called the office again, & they said they had never heard of such a thing. (Right.) They also said they would have a "bear mat" placed outside the door. (It was never delivered.) I was compensated for 1 night and given a free late check-out.They need to do a much better job w/signage & info about bears!

Great Spot!

We chose this location because of the closeness to the village. Little did we know we could almost ski up to our front door. The space was very clean! It accommodated all of our needs. It was so easy! We love the access to the climate controlled garage too. Not having to deal with the snow was great!

Huge unit - Perfect for a family getaway

We were very impressed with the unit. Unusually large and spacious for a Northstar condo. Everything was super clean. Kitchen is very well stocked. Rental is professionally managed and commmunication was great. For my wife and I and two young daughters, this was a perfect place. More than enough room where we could also get some work done throughout the week without being on top of each other. Would deffinitely recommend and look froward to staying again.

This place was really perfect. It was better than the photos. It was spotless and I love that they use unscented soaps and detergents. They had everything I needed. I needed some random things like marshmallow forks, they had it, meat thermometer, had it, sandwich bags, had it, screw driver, had it. I liked that it was on the ground floor because you have a little backyard. I like the bed arrangements. The larger bed is very firm but it was fine for my husband and I thought the full size bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated the pull out beds because we have younger kids and we pulled them out in case either of them rolled off the bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot

We had a wonderful experience from check in to check out! Games for the kids, nicely updated condo, perfect ski in ski out! Overall wonderful experience! Hope to rent the same condo again!

Really nice apartment which has everything you need. The location couldn't have been better for a ski/snowboard vacation at Northstar California. It was very close to the gondola lift. We had a great family vacation.

Just a few things

Overall was great. The only complaint was the air conditioning in the bedrooms was not as good as the rest of the house. The rooms never got below 76-75. We did call it in twice. They brought a fan the second time that helped. My husband complained about the master bed.
