Recently refreshed 3000 sqft home in the Sea Point section of Brigantine. Fabulous for a large family or a couple families who want to enjoy a shore vacation just steps to the Inlet Beach with unobstructed views of the beach and Atlantic City. New central A/C, washer/dryer, and refrigerator.

From July 2 - September 10 our home rental schedule runs from Saturday to Saturday.

Private in-ground swimming pool with plenty of outdoor seating for lounging and meals with sun and shade. Come back from the beach, use the outdoor shower, and relax by the pool into the evening. Stay in and enjoy the indoor or outdoor BBQ/Kitchen with all the amenities and plenty of seating or splurge on a night out in Atlantic City casinos, fine dining restaurants, or clubs -- all just 5 minutes away.
Living Room and Playroom have large TV's and have access to all the popular entertainment apps and networks. All bedrooms have TV's, lamps with usb ports, and plenty of storage.
12 Beach badges provided and Beach and bath towels provided to start you off on your fantastic beach vacation! We also have a high chair and pack n play available upon request.

This was our second time renting this wonderful property, and once again, Aggie made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We were lucky enough to have a week of beautiful weather, and our family spent countless hours enjoying the perfect pool. This was our second summer staying at this perfect home! The location couldn't be better - right across the street from the inlet beach! Absolutely ideal for our 2 year old grandson - enough waves to be fun, but not too rough to swim. The pool was the perfect place to hang out in the afternoon while the grand kids napped. The home has plenty of space and room to accommodate our whole family, and it is so well stocked with everything you might need that it feels like home. Brigantine is a beautiful town, we went bike riding around the town every morning. We enjoyed a few trips over to Atlantic City and the Steel Pier, and we also enjoyed to Atlantic City Aquarium. The hosts we very easy to deal with, making for a relaxed and wonderful vacation week.

“This is the best beach vacation I’ve had in my adult life,” was how one of our family members summed it up. This was the most well appointed house I’ve ever stayed at (and I’ve stayed at a fair few). It was such a comfortable place for a large extended family. The kids loved having the pool in the morning and evening, with Brigantine’s beautiful beaches in between. A truly marvelous place to stay.

Wonderful place!

This is a great location right across the street from the beach. The house is set up so that everyone has their own space. A terrific vacation was had by all, and Aggie was great to communicate with.

New beach!

Weather turned out much better than was predicted👏👏. Beach everyday and lots of walks. Mini golf was fun with an ice cream treat after. Great place to stay and great week with family.

Love the property and the location. A little disappointed about the beach access but we went brigantine beach which was only 10 minutes and plenty of parking

Hi Shelley, Thanks for staying with us last summer. The city has addressed the access to the inlet beach this summer and there is a guarded beach to the right of where you enter the beach across the street. Or you can access on the next street to the right and there are no stairs. The water has been delightful this summer!!! Hope to see you again soon!!! Aggie

We've stayed at this house multiple years and it never disappoints. The house is so well stocked with everything you could need for your stay and more! We do miss going right across the street for the beach access. However, the walk to the beach access a few blocks down wasn't terrible and the beach was not crowded at all. We love having the pool and there is plenty of space for the whole family! The owner is extremely responsive with messages and always friendly.

Great brigantine stay!

Really lovely stay in Brigantine. Enjoyed days in the pool and nights sitting out front looking at the water. Quiet neighborhood. House had great AC to keep cool on super hot July days. Wish there was a shower on the first floor but second floor had tons of room for all. Note that the stairs are steep and there are many, so if anyone in your family has mobility issues it may be difficult getting to the second floor

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful place and great location! Pool and deck is amazing and plenty of space outside! Everything you need for a vacation! Beach chairs, pool floats, games, lots fridge space between 2 full fridges and smaller outdoor fridge! The outdoor shower by the pool is so nice, best we have seen!! Paper products and more all at the house! Some big shells on the beach! Plenty of beds for a large group! Easy and quick ride over to Atlantic City! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything Aggie!!!

Family beach vacation

Family summer vacation with children and grandchildren. The house was clean and comfortable, plenty of beds, kitchen supplies, all paper products, TP, paper towels, napkins, lots of games, pool and bath towels.. well supplied. The furniture was comfortable and practical. Large dining table and plenty of chairs. The pool area is larger than it looks in the pictures and has plenty of seating as well as some pool toys… Overall a great rental especially if traveling with kids 1-10 yrs old!

3rd year!

This year we did more exploring of the island and really enjoyed the restaurants and beaches. The Lifeguards at 38th street entrance were great and my kids spent hours riding the waves! The house has everything you’ll need and the neighborhood is SO friendly. Our kids did a lemonade stand and have many generous donations and super friendly customers! Thank you!!!

Great beach vacation

Our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) had a really great time at this vacation home! There was plenty of room to hang out downstairs and upstairs to sleep. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need for the week. The location is great, right across the street from the inlet beach and a few blocks from the jetty beach. We spent hours everyday at the pool which had lots of noodles, floaties, and diving toys. It is 10-15 minutes to all of the fun in Atlantic City when you feel like seeing the tourist attractions. We had a really great time and would be happy to come again!

Another wonderful week - 2 years in a row at beautiful Brigantine!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Aggie's home in Brigantine! We stayed here the same week last year and had an incredible time. I have to say it was even more fun this year! It is THE perfect house for a beach vacation with your family. I made the reservation for my family (husband, myself, and my two kids - ages 7 and 10), my mom and dad, my in-laws, and both my brothers (and my brothers friend). This home is seriously hard to beat with the location, the size, and the amazing backyard pool. We spent so much time at the pool in the late afternoons/evenings when we came back from the beach. Aggie's house continues to be well equipped with everything you need for family breakfast, lunch and dinners. The fridge in the garage as well as the poolside fridge are added bonuses! Don't even try to find another house - this is the one! Thank you again - we had an amazing week!

Family Time

The house and all it includes is perfect. The pool was a problem that wasn’t fixed till Thursday and while there is a beach to walk to, the ocean/bay water is not accessible any longer due to a huge jetty. There is one stretch of sand at the end of the jetty, but it says to swim at your own risk as there are huge boulders of concrete with rusted rebar. We spoke to a few locals and they are very sad with the conditions of this now unguarded beach. The closest beach is a 10 minute walk, but there are cars on that beach. We still had a great time together in this house because family is everything.

Perfect location, wonderful property and so many memories made here

Our family had a wonderful week staying at Aggies place. The pool was perfect to relax by all day, the beach to fish, relax and view sunsets was within walking distance from the porch of the home and if you wanted to swim in the ocean it was a short walk. The home came with so many things that a typical rental wouldn’t come with. It made packing so much easier knowing they had towels, quilts, pillows and starter items in all the bathrooms and kitchen. The home was clean and spacious. We had access to two full size refrigerators and a smaller beverage one by the pool. The grill was great and Aggie had an extra propane tank just in case we ran out during our stay. Aggie also provided beach tags and more then enough chairs for our family. The location was perfect for us and far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough that we could drive that way if we needed to. You are also very close to the Atlantic City nightlife and a quick drive to the Ocean City Boardwalk. We hope to be visiting again sometime in the future!

The perfect place to relax! This house was beautiful and felt like home from the moment we walked in. Plenty of bedrooms and great open and airy living room-dining room-kitchen space for the whole family to hang out. But best of all is the location - just a few steps down the street to a perfect beach on the inlet that was never crowded and had no waves so our 15 month old grandson could play in the water with no worries. The the ocean-facing beach is only a 5 minute walk away too - we walked there most evenings to enjoy listening to the surf crash, collecting shells, and marveling at the stars at night. Having our own pool was also an incredible plus! Our little guy loved being able to climb in and out on the nice wide steps, and we all enjoyed having a perfect spot to hang out while he was napping or after he had gone to bed. Brigantine is a beautiful town - everything is clean and so well kept up - and Atlantic City is only a 10 minute drive when we wanted to visit the boardwalk and Steel Pier. Our host, Aggie, was so helpful with suggestions and answering questions before our visit, and the house was a perfect set up for families traveling with children. They had a high chair and a pack n' play, and even a game room! Although our guy was still too young to appreciate the games, it was great having a space to spread out his toys. We will definitely be back next summer!

This house worked great for us. It was clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well stocked.Since we drove, I brought extras like toilet paper and paper towels because I've stayed at rentals that only provide a starter supply. That wasn't necessary here. The house was generously stocked with supplies, dishes, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to feel at home. The appliances all worked and the extra garage refrigerator made stocking up easy. The grill worked and the house is stocked with a spare propane tank.I'm also someone who usually brings my own plush bath towel because many rentals only provide thin, worn towels. Again, I didn't need it. Both the bath towels and beach towels were good quality and much nicer than what you often find in vacation rentals. There were plenty of beach chairs in nice condition and umbrellas and other supplies. I prefer a camper style folding chair over the low beach chairs so I brought some. Aggie was easy to work with, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved being able to walk across the street to the beach.The listing photos accurately represent the home. If the layout and furnishings shown in the pictures fit your needs, I would definitely recommend booking this property. Since you are to supply your own linens my suggested change is to mention Brigantine Linen Company as we were very happy with what they supplied. PS - Picture to show the backyard, we brought the Jenga set.

Amazing stay at a beautiful home!

You can tell that Aggie and her family take great pride in this property because everything was immaculate when we arrived. We actually were able to meet her and her husband personally (prior to check in - while they were at the house making sure it was clean and everything was in order) and they gave us recommendations about restaurants and what to do in Brigantine. They were so kind and you could tell they really wanted to make our stay memorable. When we arrived to check in, the house is even nicer than the photos! It has everything you could need for a week at the beach. We decided to unpack and check out the inlet beach which was nice (a bit shelly - but that was okay for us!). We noticed there was a lot of surfers that frequented this beach and the corner where the inlet and ocean meet. For future guests, we found it best to get out early and drive to the north end of Brigantine (closer to the nature sanctuary) and find a parking spot and then you didn't have a huge walk to the beach. The inlet was really nice and a very short walk but we liked to get out in the waves of the ocean. The pool was amazing to have at a beach house and this was a large pool that our family LOVED! Honestly I think that they may have spent more time in the pool than at the beach - it is THAT nice. There is a ton of seating (at the large table and many pool lounge chairs that we used a ton!) and a great area to spend lunch, happy hour or ice cream time! There are several rafts and pool floats that you can enjoy as well. We hoped over to Atlantic CIty for dinner one night and the casinos are a quick 10-15 minute trip across the bridge from this house. There are a ton of good options over there for a seafood meal! Aggie's place is fully stocked for the beach with a ton of beach chairs, a beach cart, and an umbrella. It is a short walk to a fishing jetty as well. There are 3 refrigerators at the house - one in the house, one in the garage, and a small fridge at the pool which was helpful to keep beverages in while we spent time out there. We had an amazing time at this location! It was such a fun week full of laughs, love and memories to take home with us. We could not be more appreciative to Aggie and her husband!

perfect place! pictures don't do it justice

This place was absolutely perfect for our group's week vacation! We had 7 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room for all of us both for hanging out and for sleeping. The pool was so great to have and had very nice outdoor seating around the pool with lots of space. We loved that everything inside of the house was clean and seemed updated and well kept. These owners have the house extremely well stocked! It was such an awesome surprise that they had all the amenities already stocked up and plenty of extras (kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff, towels, pool and beach stuff, games, etc.). Lastly, you can't beat the proximity to the beach! It was right across the street to the inlet beach. We liked the inlet beach for the young kids because there were calmer waves and a lot less crowded. Thanks to these owners for being very thoughtful providers and letting our group enjoy your beautiful home for the week!

Beautiful Home Close to Ocean

This is a beautiful and clean home conveniently located minutes from the inlet beach with a beautiful pool! The house is well equipped with anything you would need and fit our families (which consisted of 10 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 infant) comfortably. Aggie was very responsive with any and all questions I had reached out about. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing and amazing vacation in Brigantine!
