Villa Bougainvillea located within seconds of the ocean and walking distance from Cruz Bay is set to impress every guest. The beautiful second floor villa is perfect for a family of four or a romantic couples getaway. With a westward facing patio you will be able to enjoy some of the best sunsets the Caribbean has to offer. At Villa Bougainvillea we provide all guest with an exceptional level of comfort: from watching the sunset to relaxing in a climate controlled living space. Both bedrooms, offer King beds; one of which can be converted into two twins. For the family that wishes to dine in our kitchen is stocked with nothing but the best, all modern appliances; and gas stove. In addition to everything Villa bougainvillea has to offer, you would be able to enjoy ocean views from shared lounge pool. While you're close enough to enjoy the island by foot, if you do rent a vehicle for all your island travels we do offer 1 parking space per rental.

St. John Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this property on St. John. The property manager Chris is fabulous and attended to everything we needed. The condo has been recently updated and has two true master suites, which make it perfect for two couples traveling together. The location is ideal within easy walking distance to Cruise Bay. Views are fabulous.

Villa Bougainvillea

An amazing week at an amazing property. Our host (Chris) was easy to interact with. The convenient location to Cruz Bay made it easy to explore all of STJ. It appears this unit will be transitioning to the new Saint resort. Being connected to it provided an early glimpse at what is a beautiful property too.

Wonderful couples retreat

Amazing stay. Been to St John several times now. This is a beautiful condo. AC was perfection, loved the multiple porches, morning greeting from peacocks at your door was a plus. Easily walkable to Downtown, didn’t need a car to get back and forth to town. Cabs can be snagged in town too for beaches etc. location is actually next to gallows point. Location on VRBO links it towards the center of town. Communication with manager can be prolonged but he does eventually get back with you just really busy and is very nice! Best to message via text. There is some construction next door happening. Only during the day time and we were out of the house most of the time this was happening, didn’t bother us. Perfect for two couples.

Great location

Beautiful property, great location, off street parking. Difficult to connect with property manager about check-in and questions/issues. Though concierge type services/assistance advertised, absolutely not available.

Exceeded expectations!

Funny enough, we ended up here when our first VRBO did not take Amex. So glad that happened! Villa Bougainvillea was amazing, completely updated and modern, the view from the second floor had picture perfect sunsets every night. It’s a 5 minute walk to town. Parking for your jeep. And our own resident peacock. The only downside, I think it’s becoming part of a larger resort/hotel called The Saint in the near future, so get there while you can!

Weekend Get away

Spent a long weekend celebrating my husband's birthday. Villa was clean, well kept and located exactly where we wanted to be. I loved the balcony ocean view. Will definitely go back.

Great location!

We have been coming to STJ for over a decade and have stayed at several locations. Cruz Bay is always our favorite. This villa did not disappoint, walk to town and easily accessible for parking the rental car. Exceptionally clean and stocked perfectly for a week stay. The only downfall is the stairs with your luggage to get to the unit, but that’s typical on the island.

Wonderful Villa!

The villa exceeded our expectations. It was very clean. The pool was wonderful. It was within walking distance to town (about 5-7 minutes). The views are amazing. There were plenty of beach chairs and noodles (and even some snorkeling gear). Management was very responsive and provided us with great recommendations for food and activities. I highly recommend this villa.

Loved this unit. Short walk into Cruz bay but be aware it’s uphill back to the villa! Beautiful views and great place to stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Near town, lovely view

Villa was as depicted but what listing doesn’t tell you is that the communication and hospitality from property manager Chris is top notch. Met us at the ferry and took us to villa, passed on needed info, responded to needs during stay. Highly recommended. Tips: while walkable to town, rent a car and have groceries ordered in before arrival.

Perfect

Location was spot on, walked to Cruz bay for dinner, shopping and to catch the taxis. The property was very clean and had all the amenities one needed. The pool was refreshing, the balconies were fun. Kelly, the property manager, was very cordial and helpful.

Lovely property, great location

Perfect for two couples. Beautifully maintained & top of the line fixtures & finishes. Being able to watch the sunset over St. Thomas was a highlight. Location is perfect for accessing Cruz Bay and there is a small market nearby. A couple of concerns include no follow-through on communication with the property manager; also beach chairs, noodles, etc were in very poor condition. We ended up renting that stuff every day. Grill had no gas so we were unable to use it. It is a beautiful property with a few rough edges to smooth out.

Great Cruz Bay Retreat

Had a great 10 day stay in St John. Great location, easy walk into Cruz Bay, quiet neighborhood. Condo was wonderful, comfortable, pool refreshing. Great views from the balcony. Management willing to help with anything, next time I'll let them find a car rental.

St John Trip

This was a our first visit to St John and the USVI's. The property has amazing views just like the pictures. It was perfect for our family of four. Very clean and nice, good location once the construction next door is complete. It was nice to be able to walk to town and restaurants as parking is in in short supply on the island. We would stay here again if we ever get the opportunity to go back to St John. Thanks!
