Great place

Nice place to stay, cozy fireplace (didn’t use), small enough to be easy to keep clean, everything worked. Stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed it. Quiet area

Great place to unwind

This house was so cute and clean! I appreciated the convenience of this location. The owner was most helpful when I needed to make a change in the reservation, it was greatly appreciated. This was a really clean and comfortable place to stay and I really appreciate both. I definitely enjoy a return stay.

Great location

Our family came to Alabama for baseball tournament and we really enjoyed ourselves. This place seemed to be 10 mins from everything. Clean and spacious. Neighborhood very welcoming. Would definitely stay in Hoover Alabama again.

Great location for access to the area of Hoover we needed to be each day. Comfortable home with good amenities for our use in the kitchen. Beds very comfortable and it gave us plenty of space to spread out for individual space.

Talladega Race Weekend

Convenient drive to the Talladega Super Speedway. Mattresses were the most comfortable we've had in a Vrbo.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet!

I stayed at this townhouse for four nights at the end of February 2025, and it was a fantastic choice for my visit. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around, and the home was exactly as pictured—clean and well-maintained.One of the highlights for me was how quiet the neighborhood was. As a light sleeper, I really appreciated being able to rest peacefully through the night. The layout was also ideal, with the kitchen, living area, and washer/dryer downstairs, while both bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs. I traveled with my mom, and each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom made our stay even more comfortable. This was my first time using VRBO, and it was a smooth process from check-in to check-out!

Location, location & deer!

My husband & I spent three nights visiting family nearby. The location was perfect for us! Beautiful wooded area, quiet but close to anything you may need. Comfortable beds & nicely updated! We enjoyed our coffee from the deck & watching deer grazing below. Thank you sharing!

Just what we needed!

Stayed for two nights for Samford Gradation. Just what we needed. Property was clean. Neighboring properties were questionable but this space was great for us.

As described

Very quiet area, close to shopping and downtown. Easy to locate if you do recon on the area like I did :) Would advise of very dark streets and roads throughout the neighborhoods and surrounding areas, so if you struggle to drive at night I would travel before dark. Would suggest complimentary coffee supplies.

Fantastic

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Birmingham. It was very clean and Jared was very responsive. It is a two story with all bed and baths on the second floor which would be a problem for those who struggle with stairs. Also the street to get to the house is dark and the turn sneaks up on you, but that is why it is so quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and Comfortable

We rented this townhome for a short visit to Samford University, and it was clean, comfortable, and nicely renovated. The pictures are accurate. We weren’t there long enough to appreciate the kitchen, but it looked fully stocked. We had minor issues with a couple of doors that didn’t latch properly and wouldn’t stay closed. Although the owner was very responsive and offered to fix the problem, we just worked around it, given our short stay.

Clean & Convenient

We had a perfect experience from start to finish! Jared connected with us before our stay with additional details about the home and was able to accommodate an early check-in. We stayed in the area for a basketball tournament at the Finley Center and it was never more than 20 minutes in each direction. We had so much more room than a hotel room and a better price too. There was plenty of space for 2 teens and 2 adults in this ultra-clean townhouse and we had everything needed to start us off (dishwasher pods, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. Pillows and beds were comfortable and the entire home was updated! We will definitely book this home with Jared again if we return to the area. Many thanks!

A Perfect Townhouse

The townhouse was an ideal place for four people. It was well-equipped for any meal with a washer and dryer. One of the neighbors commented that it was the “baseball” townhouse and it definitely was. We were in Birmingham for a baseball tournament and it worked out great. It was within less than 15 minutes of most of the venues and in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very reachable and responsive to any questions. Other than advising Jared that we had arrived or departed, everything went smoothly. Instructions and information about the unit were provided and easy to understand and follow. This was definitely a rental to keep on your list of places to return to. A 5-star + rating for Jared and unit.

Personally owning short term rentals is a fun experience that's a little different from my day job. It's fun to host people for a short time that are visiting for Baseball, Weddings, concerts, seeing friends. It's like a vacation for our guests and they are usually here for a good time!
