My daughters and I enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, there was a storm that knocked out the power however, our host was efficient and prompt with communication. The bonus of our trip were how extremely comfortable the beds were. We will definitely book again.

Every was great. The house was clean and the host was very informative which helped make our weekend perfect. If I stay in Birmingham again I will definitely book this place.

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. The property manager was incredibly friendly and communicated well throughout the entire process, making everything seamless.When we arrived, the house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable, and it's clear the entire property is well-maintained. As a wonderful bonus, the outdoor patio is a really nice feature and a great spot to relax.We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place!

Comfortable, convenient, and well-managed stayI stayed at this townhouse twice in November and December 2025. The location is very convenient—about 10 minutes from the airport and major shopping areas, and roughly 15 minutes from the UAB campus. There are two designated parking spaces a few steps away from the front door, which helped me feel safe when coming and going after dark.The unit is in a quiet, refurbished townhouse community away from downtown, which made it a calm place to decompress at the end of the day. I was also able to host a small movie and dinner night with a few people, and the space worked well for that.Management addressed a minor issue from my first stay ahead of my second visit, and the check-out process was simple and reasonable, taking only about 10 minutes.For travelers who plan to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with the basics. If you like to take food with you during the day, I’d suggest bringing a travel mug and sandwich bags—otherwise, there are plenty of dishes available for storing leftovers.Overall, my stays were comfortable and met my needs for the trips I had planned.

This rental was conveniently located near downtown Birmingham (less than 15 minutes to UAB where I had to go). The neighborhood was quiet, and parking was available right out front. The place was clean and included everything I needed for my brief stay. The host was prompt in answering a question I had when I got there and was easy to communicate with. Would definitely consider staying here again when I have to return to town.
