Welcome to your home away from home! Located in the heart of Homewood, this beautiful space features everything you need to for a perfect stay! Minutes from Samford, Brookwood Hospital, Vestavia City Center and so much more!

This well appointed, luxury unit includes a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, a large television in each room, and top rated mattresses. You’re going to have a great stay in our beautiful place!

This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom unit has all the amenities you need to feel right at home! We have a large dining room with seating for 8, ample living room with a sleeper sofa, leather club chairs, a large tv and fireplace. You will find everything you need in the well equipped kitchen. Whip up a meal to enjoy at the house or visit one of the many award winning restaurants right around the corner!

Guests have full, private access to the space.

Welcome to Woodland Village! We are so glad to host you! Please be respectful of our property during your stay. No parties or events are allowed on premises.

There is ample parking in the parking lot in front of the building.

When the thermostat is on heat please do not exceed 68 and while thermostat is on cool please do not go lower than 72 degrees. Please give adequate time to cool or heat when you change the thermostat.

Towels are in each bathroom underneath the sink, extras are in the linen closet.

When you check out please strip your sheets and place all used towels in the laundry area. Remove any items you brought from the fridge. Put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Please take out the trash to the dumpster and be sure to lock up behind yourself.

We will charge you the full fine so if you plan to party, you should find somewhere else to stay.
If you break or damage furniture you will be charged for replacing it plus a $250 refurnishing fee

Perfect place to stay when visiting my daughter at Samford. Very comfortable and great communication. This was our second time to rent this property & will definitely use it again!

Location was great and very quiet which was perfect for us. Provided everything we needed and more with trash bags, soap, shampoo and conditioner, coffee, snacks, etc. we noticed we were missing a couple of things and let her know and they ran it right to our door. Will for sure be renting again next time we are in the area!

This was a lovely home, and very comfortable for our traveling group that was visiting family in Birmingham. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was great. Very clean, comfortable, properly outfitted, updated, and surprisingly very quiet. My only suggestions are better bed pillows and blackout shades in the bedroom.

The apartment looks great! Love the decor and the cleanliness. We just stayed a couple of nights but the bed was very comfortable. The snack basket was a nice touch as well. The place is spacious. I’d definitely stay here again.

Host was easy to communicate with regarding our check-in time. The beds were great and the unit was very clean!The kitchen cabinets could use some updating. The child-locks on the kitchen cabinets and drawers were cumbersome to deal with. Same in the bathroom. It made cooking a bit frustrating. Would love to see those things updated and then would absolutely return!

Great clean home. As described. Lots of space. Will say carpets are in pretty bad shape. Kind of gross. Working with the manager of the house was a bit frustrating. Delayed responses to emails and we asked for an early check in if 2 hours which seemed difficult for them. Overall a good stay.
