Happy Valley Oasis

Welcome to the oasis, a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom is a cozy space to enjoy the beautiful Phoenix desert. Two of the bedrooms have King beds, one with 2 queen-sized beds, and fourth bedroom with a full bed. Enjoy the private heated pool and jetted spa, outdoor gas fire pit, BBQ, cooling misters and lounge chairs. Located in North Phoenix, many of the MLB Spring Training Facilities are easily accessible, and is a mere 15 minutes to Peoria Sports Complex.

The space
The home is equipped with a beautiful wooden bar - perfect for evening cocktails! Desk space is available for work or school, in addition to high-speed internet. Laundry room on 2nd floor. Kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials. 4 bikes ready for neighborhood rides!

The home is located in a residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to please respect our neighbors and honor quiet hours after 10pm. Smoking, pets, and parties/events are not allowed.

During the colder months, if pool heating is desired, a heating fee will be charged at $40/day. This cost will be billed separately from the rental rates, directly to the owner. Renters can choose to not heat the pool for no additional charge.
