Cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with large den with a sofa bed. One large master bedroom and one small master. Swimming pool. 5 minutes from the river and casinos. 11 minutes to Katherines Landing at Lake Mojave. 10 minutes to Laughlin Ranch Golf Course.

A quiet location close to everything with a far away feel. The home is on an elevated lot with beautiful views to the west. This is a great place to come back to after a long day on the lake or river. For our Snowbirds, you will love the open cozy feel of the house and its close proximity to the casinos.

Bedroom 1: Cal King Bed, dual sinks, large walk in shower. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with private bath and shower. Bedroom 3: Queen Bed. Den: Sofa with Queen sized pull out. Third bathroom with tub and shower.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Swimming pool (not heated), covered patio, patio furniture, gas grill.
INDOOR LIVING: Flat screen Roku TV, free wifi.

I would start off by how clean was the property and the area was a very quiet area totally loved it and the hot very, very good Communication and understandable it was a great house for a good family getaway great parking and the pool great lil swim after the lake and relax with the family i would definitely come back to the beautiful home.

Amazing home

Great place to stay

My family needed a place to stay for a funeral. The house was roomy, clean, and well maintained. The pool was chilly but we used it anyway. The host was accommodating and really easy to deal with.

Home away from home

We love staying here we stay here everytime we are in Bullhead nice clean and host is awesome people to deal with best place to stay on the river! Hands down.

Home away from home.

Was looking for a pool hom for the 4th of July and found this gem, very well maintained home and had lots of fun very spacious living room as well as 2 master suites very well maintained and owner responds very fast to any inquiry!!

Bullhead

Very nice property with lots of amenities including the little things needed too. Super clean.Neighborhood is nice with a sizable backyard.Would def stay here again.

Great house for a family of 5 adults and 2 kids.

We enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We did miss not having a TV in the bedrooms. And an umbrella in the pool area to provide shade for the kids would be great but we brought our own. I would stay there again.

Quiet & Comfortable

Home is tucked into a cul-de-sac and away from the busy street, so everything was quiet. It was nice to have a bathroom for my son and the layout was very well planned when it was built. Only about 15 minutes to everything you need in Bullhead City.

Hello TiaraThis Father’s Day weekend was great. It was our first time using vrbo and it did not disappoint. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked with necessary items for cooking for my family we felt right at home the pool was great plenty of parking. we enjoyed our stay the house was also close to Katherine’s Landing. Thank you once again Tiara for a quick response when we needed your assistance. We most definitely will be coming back I can’t say I’d rent any other house if this was available. Nice area, host was great. House could use a GOOD cleaning. Carpets were very dirty, sliding glass door and window tracks were filthy. Closet in master was locked, which takes away from being able to hang clothes. Mattresses in extra rooms were very soft!

Amazing start to summer!

Nice clean home, the pool was awesome! in the 100 degee heat after spending all day boating on lake Mohave, it was nice to come back and jump in the refreshing pool, beds were comfortable, driveway had plenty enough room for our 30' deck boat and truck, the host was very easy to work with and communicated very well with us. after reading the reviews on this home some said pool was very cold, but it is the desert and in that heat it was perfect for our 6 an 5 year old sons they loved it, we would highly recommend this home and will definitely be back. Thank you to the host for making our Mothers day weekend very memorable, theres still good people in this world, perfect for familys! or a group.

We had a very comfortable stay! The property was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed, which made our stay easy and convenient for the entire family.We spent most of our three days enjoying the river and even made it out to the casino one evening, so the location worked out perfectly for us.We had a great family trip and really enjoyed the property. A big thank you to the hosts for making us feel welcome and providing such a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay. You guys are awesome, and we truly appreciate everything!We would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back!

We love it here! This was our 2nd year and counting!! This place feels just like home. It has everything you need to cook for your family. The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great. Check in instructions were clear. The host's communication was on point. My family and I had a relaxing time. It's also very close to Katherine's Landing and casinos. Highly recommend this home!! We definitely be back again soon!
