Large pool with spacious lanai overlooking canal, windows from the kitchen that open wide to enjoy the nice salty breeze, french doors from the master bedroom to the lanai, firepit and much more! Lounge by the pool and enjoy the peace in this quiet neighborhood, with walking distance to bars and restaurants. This two bedroom two bathroom waterfront home comes with plenty of dock space and great fishing access for the fisherman in the family - 4 minutes to the intracoastal waterway to some of Florida's best beaches. You will feel right at home in this beautiful property - you can even bring your pet! (Small pets allowed)

Perfect trip

We had a fantastic stay the property is immaculant, everything was as described had a great time. Definitely will save this for a return longer stay. Check-in and communication were excellent.

Visit to Pine Island

The house was the perfect size for our group. The outdoor living space was very nice and the pool was great! The kitchen was nicely equipped and the open concept floor plan worked great for gathering. The location was great and we would definitely visit again!

Beautiful weekend

Clean house with everything needed to enjoy our stay. Warm pool, BBQ , ETC. Great choice to stay if you have a boat as it has its own dock.

Clean and Comfortable

House was updated, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Appliances were all new, and kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Pool deck was large and pool was perfect temperature. Over all a great stay for my family.

Home away from home

We wanted to come down to Pine Island for a quick get away, but wanted to bring our little furry child. When we found this home, it looked perfect. But could it be? It was. We truly enjoyed our visit. Hoping to come back again soon. Biking, kayaking, dining (in and out), all good. Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

Perfect Getaway!

We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our family of 3. Very well maintained, seemed newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. Brought our boat and kept it on the lift. Easy access to the beautiful gulf coast barrier islands. Enjoyed the pool after boating all day. We will definitely be back!

Great location!

Great location and recently renovated - loved the design/decor and would have given 5 stars, but we thought the pool would be heated and it was not. We did not have a contact number, but tried emailing the property manager and didn't hear back. Overall great house and would rent again in summer months.

Super cute & comfortable

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway with our beloved dog and this place filled the bill perfectly. The home is so cute, comfortable and well-appointed. The location was very peaceful and pretty and even though it rained - we made great use of the pool after sundown. We would love to revisit again in the future.
