The owner, Matt, was so easy to communicate with and he accommodated an early check in for me and my family. Upon arrival, the home was exactly as described and was the perfect size and location for our stay in Utah. The living room sectionals and beds were so comfy, which my family appreciated after our outings during the day. I highly recommend Matt's home for anyone that is looking for comfort and convenience when visiting Utah. I will definitely reserve again when I am in the area.

We had a great stay at this property! It’s a great location and felt very safe. We didn’t have any issues with noise from the base or the nearby freeway. I loved that there were things there we could use such as a crockpot, utensils, cooking supplies, laundry soap, and shower supplies! The locking patio gate was great for when the kids wanted to go outside. I will definitely consider this house for our next trip!

This location was perfect for our needs, with easy access right off I-15. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, and both the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. We also loved the ample seating in the family room, which made it a comfortable space for everyone to relax together. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We were in town visiting family for a long weekend. The house was great - we were close to our family as well as places to eat. The house was as advertised, clean with all that we needed. The base is close and there are train tracks nearby but we did not have any problems with noise. Any questions we had, Matt replied quickly.

This was the perfect location for our quick trip to visit family over a long weekend. The home was clean, comfortable, and near everything we needed. Matt was a great host & communication was top notch. Easy check-in & check-out. Looking forward to staying again.

Owner had excellent communication, preparation info for our stay and very responsive to the few questions I did have. The house had everything we needed for our short visit. Would definitely stay again.

The home was exactly as described. It worked well for our family of 8. We appreciated the proximity to the Davis Conference Center, where we were attending a conference, and to grocery stores. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with expected pans for meal prep.

The property was nice with a 3 bedroom and large sofa to match everything worked correctly. The front screen door needs to be looked at it makes a loud squeaky noise when you close it other than that it was a nice place to stsy.

We had a great time, very spacious, perfect for our needs. Would have liked better communication on check in and departure procedures, but would definitely visit this property again. One of the nicest places we've stayed.

The property is just as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean, and the neighbors and neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the hosts were clear, concise, and prompt. We really enjoyed our stay there and plan on staying again in the future. The couches in the living room were comfortable. That is a plus for us. A lot of the places we stay in aren't designed to sit and watch a movie with family in the evenings and this was nice for that. The shower has a handheld with 2 different heights that work great for the taller and the height challenged individuals.

Nice neighborhood. Easy to find. Warm upstairs especially from bedroom. Water pressure could have been better. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great Overflow Spot

It was perfect for what we needed. We were just needing some extra beds for overflow at grandmas and it did just what we needed it to do.

Great!

Stayed at this Vrbo for 2 months. Halfway through there was an issue with the dryer, the owners were able to get a repairman to come and fix it the next day! Great building and fair price.

Comfy, Cozy, Dog Friendly

I stayed her 20 nights, and loved it!! I felt super comfortable in this townhome. The check in/out was super easy The fireplace was a nice touch during the cold January weather. The end unit was nice and quiet. The beds are big and comfy with great linens and pillows. The place was stocked VERY well. I loved the fenced back patio with a gate to a LARGE common ground park in the back. My dog LOVED this place and access to the back was so easy. I also appreciated being able to park my car in the garage.
