Welcome to this inviting rental property, ideally situated near top attractions such as the Phoenix Zoo, Papago Park, and Camelback Mountain. Enjoy easy access to numerous hiking trails, golf courses, downtown Phoenix, and a variety of restaurants. Plus, the convenience of being close to the airport makes this location perfect for travelers.

We are a family-operated rental, managed by myself, my sister, and my husband. As seasoned hosts, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional stay.

Shared Amenities: Enjoy access to two pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, and outdoor BBQ grills.

Accessibility: Situated on the 2nd floor (2 flights or 20 steps) for easy access. There is no elevator access.

Absolutely perfect place! We came for a campus tour. Lots of food options, and things to do fairly close. Pool was refreshing in the heat, and the apartment was clean and well stocked. Hosts were extremely friendly and responsive.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. A short drive from the airport and close to some great restaurants. The grounds were so pretty and the pool was great. This place had everything we needed and was very quiet and clean. Loved our stay!

Loved that the place was as right across the road from Papago Park!! Pool area was lovely. Close drive to downtown Phoenix and Camelback, great location. Space was perfect for our girls weekend Would definitely stay again if available the next time I visit the Phoenix area!!

The location was very convenient to Phoenix top attractions like the Botanical Garden, Zoo and hiking trails at Papago Park. We enjoyed the pool at the facility. Our host communicated well and provided nice amenities.

This is a gem! There were a couple of upgrade thoughts we shared, but the location is fantastic! Very comfortable space and the fitness center is top notch. Laundry was great and kitchen had all we needed. Terrific value. Very pleased. So easy and prompt with communication. Highly recomnend!!

Nice facility in good location. Rental matched listing. Communication with host was excellent. Rental was clean and had all the necessities. Heated pool was great for a December getaway. Would rent again if returning to the area.

Great condo with all that you would need. We stayed here over a 4-day timeframe for my daughters ASU graduation. This condo was clean and well stocked with needed amenities. It was very comfortable for 4 people with 2 bed/2 bathrooms. Bonus having the shampoo/conditioner and bodywash dispensers in each bathroom so you can leave that at home. This is in a gated community with very easy access in and out of the complex. As noted in the description, this is on the 2nd level, so you have to climb stairs to get to it and have a designated parking space steps from the condo stairs. We were very near ASU and the airport, which was convenient. The owner was great to communicate with and super responsive with requests or questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect sized condo for our trip with secured entry, private/covered parking, washer/dryer in unit, pool access, and close proximity to many of our planned activities. Sarah was great to work with before and during our trip. Would absolutely stay here again.

A wonderful stay for 5 nights with my adult children. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals, and nice sized living room and deck. The pool area had a beautiful setting, and the owners were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out were so easy. Location was convenient, and nice walking trails across the street. I hope to stay here again next time I'm visiting the Phoenix area.

Communication was easy, checking in and out was a breeze, the property is as listed and the location was perfect for this trip.Water pressure is good, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. I’m giving 4 stars because the washing machine and the fans in the bathrooms were over the top loud. Both shower/tub combinations had been cleaned well but stain from mold was still there. A very slight mold smell was noticeable upon entering but was not a problem. I would bet that most people can’t smell it but bc of my allergy and sensitivity to mold, I did.
