We also have an emergency phone number available to our guests within this documentation to reach out to should you have trouble. Aloha Kimberly, We sincerely apologize you found the property not to meet your expectations! This home is what is considered to be conveniently located near a neighboring beach. By the sounds of it you opted to walk the road ways to the beach rather than the public access path to Magic Sands Beach which reduces the walk by upwards of 10 minutes. The beach itself is certainly a popular destination so depending on the time of day it can be enjoyed by many. The home offers A/C by way of window units and portable units which our guests have found to be sufficient but it is certainly a hotter time of the year during August, which is why the home also features a whole house fan to remove the excess hot air. The hot tub was a recent addition that many have enjoyed, especially in the evenings or for younger ones when you reduce the temperature.
